I love this litter and I’ve tried a lot I’m a first time cat owner of three years now and over the years I’ve tried a lot of different litters and this is by far the best. It’s worth the price point though id love a cheaper price it’s worth it. It’s lightweight and oder controlled to the gods. So worth it. Can’t praise enough have repurchased and will continue to repurchase as long as it stays this good

Unfashionable smell
Where.to.begin.I’ve had cats my entire 60+ years on this plant and I’m fairly confident I have tried every imaginable litter available in that time. Some more than once! (I’m a slow learner). Like this Boxiecat Air litter.What It claims: virtually track fee, dust free, hard clumping, and an ability to reduce unwanted litter box odors due to bacteria and ammonia.What I found: it is not ‘virtually track free’ by any stretch of the imagination. The litter itself is very, very small particles that cling to my cats fur and tail and toes and because it’s so light, it is tracked everywhere. HOW she manages to wear it through the house, up stairs, and across carpeting to deposit piles of it on my bedspread is a real head scratcher. But she does!And the smell!! Oy vey, it’s the worst of any litter I have ever used – even plain clay! At least with the other brands, the smell were recognizable and identifiable. What makes this smell so SO bad is yet another mystery. And the worst part is, once a little of the litter in the box starts to smell, it “infects” all the other litter in the box so getting three months out of a bag is a joke. And it’s just so bad I cannot even describe the odor. Just awful.I give it full props for being dust proof. No cloud of dust when it poured. Yay.As for the clumping, it definitely does clump hard. Yet even with a SOLID 3” of litter in the box, the clumps manage to make it all the way to the bottom and they “stick” to the bottom of the box, which makes removing them difficult and inevitably the clumps break making a lot of little clumps throughout which contribute to the for issue.I cannot recommend this litter. I really wish I could because I’ve purchased two bags now and am completely dissatisfied with it. Back to World’s Best litter. (It really is “the best”!)

I’ve used the probiotic boxie cat in the grey bag for years. I was looking for something lighter so I tried this. It is terrible it doesn’t cover any smell at all, he tracked it all over and it doesn’t club up as well. Zero starts terrible

SMELLS
I used the clay version of this and absolutely loved it. It lasts so long and deals with the smell of two cats’ litter box for way longer than any other litters I’ve tried. I switched to this one for a little better weight option to make changing litter easier. Worst change ever. This litter does not mask the scent at all in half the amount of time it takes to need a litter change out on the clay litter. I don’t know what it is about it, but it is totally ineffective, even with the extending probiotic spray. I still like this brand but I’m so disappointed that the lighter non-clay litter stinks SO BADLY.
