This is a great product. I live in Michigan and the winters are cold. We have had sub zero temps and this keeps the water from freezing and also keeps the food warm and dry for our outdoor feral cats.

It works for what intended. I wish it were a little deeper so as to protect the feral cats from inclement weather while they eat. Still, I’m glad I bought it and I recommend it. Let’s see how it holds up in 10-degree weather.

Well covered dishes
Took the neighborhood cats a little while to trust the covered dishes. Cats love the water and heated food. Hard to keep the water as they love the fact the water is not frozen.

Much smaller than I thought
NEEDS DIRECTIONS. Was much smaller than I anticipated. I didn’t use the heated bowls because I have nowhere to plug in safely. This is on my front porch because it’s easiest for me to access to refill pan since I’m disabled. It works – BARELY. I’ll need to get a larger one though.
