BEST LITTER EVER
I’m not sure what is up with even one star subtracted from this product. I have two cats that share one litter box and this is my first experience with any tofu litter. The price is amazing and so is everything else. I normal clean my cats litter box every other day; this week I got to it a little late and was dreading what I would open the top off to. To my delight it smelled good?! Like what?! No cat poop or gross litter odor AT ALL. Scooping was easier than ever, also it saved so much litter left over because it only clumps what it needs too. I didn’t even have to refill their litter box; the longevity is amazing. Also no tracking, my cats do not end up leaving specs of litter on their way out. No dust, I’m not sure why others had this problem. My cats also eat very healthy, so odor can do a lot with that but I’m telling you this litter smelled good even after changing it later than normal. I will be buying this monthly and you should too!

Works great for #1 but unsure about #2 as my cat has developed the habit of not burying his litter. Overall great cat litter and smells really nice! Will buy again!

Does the job but not great for me
I was really excited to finally try Tofu litter. I’ve used clay for a long long time and it works great but it’s HEAVY, not biodegradable, and produces dust. I was pleased to see this litter is smooth, dustless, and lighter in weight.I have an automatic litter box that rotates to dump clumps into a bin that I empty every few days. Using my normal clay litter, I don’t notice too much smell until that bin is essentially full (and even then, I have to be right by the litter box to notice it). With this litter….I could smell it like 10ft away, and that’s even after like 1-2 days. I don’t know what it is, but the smell that this litter produced after mixed with urine was absolutely rancid. It also formed HUGE clumps, so it filled the waste bin of my litter box up 2-3x as fast as my clay litter does.While there are elements of this litter I enjoyed, unfortunately I just can’t continue using it for those reasons. I DO think that if you have a normal (scoop) litter box and you’re throwing away the clumps every day, then this may work out well for you, but if you have a setup like mine, I wouldn’t recommend.

Good litter
The litter clumps as well as any I’ve used for my cat. I haven’t tried flushing it though. I’m a little afraid to try that! The scent is unusual, but not bad and it seems to control litter box odor pretty well. This litter produces no dust and the size and shape of it seems to prevent a lot of tracking. I would use this litter again.

Flushes great! No plastic! No smell!
My new favorite litter on its own or mixed with other mixed-material tofu litters. This one makes other tofu-mix versions easier and faster to flush. Its odor control is as effective as those others (until it’s time to replace but that’s true of all litters), its clumping is as hard or harder, its price is way better! Plus it comes in ONE, STURDY, THICK PAPER BAG == no plastic, really! It folds over and stays closed and fresh with a medium sized binder clip. Thank you Fluffy Store!
