I like that my it works to comb out my dog’s short but dense hair
I have a terrier mix that has short dense hair. She gets into the summertime foxtails in my yard. I like that my it works to comb out my dog’s short but dense hair and helps me remove the foxtails. She likes the brush as long as I go easy on her because this is a wire brush after all. It works well at desheding. It’s reasonably easy to remove the hair from the brush which accumulates quickly. I recommend it, though I wish it had a longer handle because of my larger hands. It seems like they think only women with smaller hands are groomers.

Works very well on my labradoodle
My doodle is more poodle than lab and has very tight curls. More like coils and a very deep thick coat. I use this first to loosen but it doesn’t get super deep if you have a longer cut. But I use this first and then move on to steel comb to really get into hair closest to the skin. Good price for what it does.

A Basic Back-Up Brush
This is a basic brush, when reaching for a brush in the middle of grooming, I would definitely skip over this brush. The handle and frame is super lightweight, cheap plastic that threatens to fall apart if dropped. The bristles are easily bent and sharp. Definitely a disappointment, even for a comparable price I found better brushes with soft bristles and better quality. I’d recommend looking elsewhere, pass this one by.

Great for loose hair or to loosen hair. Great starter and finishing brush.

basically just a piece of plastic with lots of metal needles.. It looks SUPER cheap and feels the same. Also, still to find out if even a few hairs are being brushed off my Labrador Retriever 😀 last time none! even with a big full-body brush..With another brush though, lots of undercoat came off.. weeeird.I bought it from watching a Youtube video.. Now I know not to do so in the future!
