my cats loved it
As soon as I put the newly assembled house outside my cat climbed in it and has not poked his head out since. I am not sure if the heating pad works but I am not sure I care. The assembly was not too hard to figure out but putting the frame into the house was a little difficult (doing it solo) because the fit was so good. I have confidence it will keep the cat insulated from the cold especially after I put on the extra plastic cover that came with it. If the blanket generates a little heat (which I am confident it will) my cat will be in seventh heaven compared to the carpet covered cat carrier I had been using. The materials seem to be durable and should last several years easily. I am a hard person to please but this product has put a smile on my face. If something goes awry, believe me, I will let y’all know if possible.Edit: The heater works fine and has been running for several days now.

I looked at so many outdoor houses to keep our feral cat warm and safe this winter. I chose this one, after much back and forth, and I’m glad I did.Easy to put together, quality is far better than smaller ground sitting shelters. I can see this lasting for many winters.Now, can’t say how long it takes to get him used to it, I’m hoping he’ll realize that it is a definite upgrade from the cardboard box with foam I put out after he showed up(he had no problem sitting in that)!!!If you want a sturdy cat house with a decent warming pad, this one is impressive.

Very well made and durable
I’ve had this cat house for a few months now. It is very well-made and extremely durable. The heating pad has been on nonstop since the day I bought it and it is still working very well. I would definitely buy this cat house again. The only thing I wish it had was an exit door. Some of the feral cats do not like it because they probably feel a little trapped.

Great Cat House!
My cat absolutely loves this outdoor heated cat house! it’s elevated design keeps it dry and warm, and the heating pads a great addition for those cold nights. The waterproof material is also a plus, as it keeps my cat cozy even in the rain. Hiohly ecommend!

This is a fairly good cat shelter, but there are a couple things I don’t like…The heating pad does not get very warm, especially on very cold nights (I ordered a replacement heating pad from another seller) and the shelter is not truly water proof, unless you put on the unsightly, clear plastic that goes over the unit. Overall it serves it’s purpose and is a pretty solid product.

Updated: Cats do not like it
Updated review: the house is waterproof and sturdy. Material is durable and cleans relatively easy. Although it was challenging to assemble, the house seems to be a good product. Unfortunately my cats don’t like it. It should be noted that that there is only one entry/exit point. I cut out the screen mesh window to allow a second entry/exit for easy escape.Original review: We have 2 cats that stay outside at night. We bought in Jan ‘25. It was a little difficult to assemble and directions are a bit confusing. Then we placed the house on our covered patio against the house where cats like to hang out. Very soon after, our weather temps dropped into the teens but cats were not interested. They preferred laying in a bed under a heat lamp. The one and only time cats went inside this house was during an overnight severe thunderstorm. Otherwise they won’t use the house even after I baited it several times with catnip. We may donate it to a shelter.
