Give it time!
It took our very smart dog about a month and a half to figure it out. She would show interest but could’t figure out the connection between the button and the food dispenser. She would whack the dispenser like a puzzle toy. We tried various food and high reward treats with no success. Even the cat figured it out before her. Until today. The button got flipped upside down and she was very interested. She had a lot more success booping it with her nose when it was upside down and she played with it for 10 minutes straight. Excited for her to keep using it and burning mental energy!

Replaced after it broke
My dog loved this toy but the motor which moves the food out failed after only 6 weeks. I put up a review and the company contacted me and replaced it. Wonderful customer service and my pup is now very happy again.

Puppy Fun
I ordered this model first. Over all it is exactly what I expected it to be. Distance from remote to feeder is not very long. Uses 4 C batteries and 4 AAA. I wouldn’t purchase again simply for the batteries. Otherwise, it is a great device and works!

Entertainment and a bit of Exercise
This is a unique toy that motivates our lab to use his brain and coordination. I love that you can control the amount of treat being dispensed so our pet doesn’t get too much. I’ve tried moving the remote pad further away each time and it’s a joy to see him figure it out ! I wish the dispenser came with a heavier base though as it could slide around when nudged. The dispenser had two options for power. I chose to use the hard wire USB plug to save on batteries.

Broke after 2 days – No product support!!! Think twice for the price.
I’m so mad about this because my dog loved it and the price is quite high but I’ll do anything for my furbaby. She loved it a lot! But then just stopped working. The treat dispenser inside kept locking and then just died. Tried to look for product support but nothing. There’s a little FQA and help online but after trying all steps several times. Still nothing. I will be replacing FROM ANOTHER SELLER! Sorry PETGEEK you failed miserably and lost, at least one customer.

Like the benefit but button door is tricky
I got this product for my medium-size dog and while I like the benefit of it, because she is a little heavy-handed, every time she hits the button the back battery door pops off and i have to snap it back each time for it to work. I wish it was screw door instead of a snap door then I would absolutely love this product. The suction cup does not stick well to surfaces either.

Great for active dogs
Our dog is very active, on days where we can’t get her outside for a long period of time, we utilize this feeder to place the button somewhere in the house where she needs to run back and forth to use. She gets some extra activity and stimulation…and sometimes even some treats with the food! It is easy to set up and use and so far has worked great!

Awesome! BOING!
This came with very detailed instructions how to train your pet to use. I though, nah, can’t possibly take that long to train her… and it didn’t. She looked at it and was very interested. She touched the button and was delighted with the “boing” sound and was excited to find her kibble. 😄 it comes with a suction cup to keep the button secure to tile or linoleum floor and a spike to use outdoors. I ended up using the suction cup on some furniture because she loved the button sound so much she picked it up and ran around the living room shaking it to hear it causing the food to come tumbling out! This certainly was a hit. If you have a pet that gobbles his or her food, this would work great as a slow feeder or as we use it to stimulate her as a fun game. I love that I can control how much food comes out at a time, too!

We have 3 dogs that race to the front door and behave pretty badly whenever we have a visitor arrive. I have multiple “visitors” per day and the dogs have been reinforced by their departure every time they bark. So, I set up the petgeek dispenser, hanging from a hook in the ceiling, at the back of the house. As people arrive we press the remote control and the treats scatter on the floor. The dogs now hear the doorbell, but instead of racing furiously to defend their property, they race to the back of the house and stare at the ceiling. My clients find it really funny. I’m delighted.I would like to purchase more remote controls though – can anyone help me with this?

I’m not sure whether it was worth the money or not yet. I watched the marketing video and have to say as yet the result is not exactly the same. You have to put quite a lot of food in the dispenser e.g. to make it worthwhile and work well. I set aside one meal for this which filled the dispenser 3 times. My medium sized dog is good with dog puzzles etc (a bit of a ‘problem solver’) . I taught her to “press” the button which she did, but it was not too stable/she was a bit too enthusiastic, and I had to keep putting it back the right way up. She quickly got the idea to go to the food dispenser after pressing the button, but then (while she was there) tried to get the rest of the food out of the dispenser by nudging it and pawing at it. I kept redirecting her to the button. Will keep trying.

Was really looking forward to using this with our 2 dogs as they already use buttons to ask for treats or talk to us. Product arrived before stated date, packaging was great and instructions were easy enough to follow.Once batteries were in the remote, and the unit plugged into the usb cable, we were ready, but sadly the remote was not. When pushed, it would connect to the treat machine and treats would pop out, but no exciting sounds. Tried it on setting 1 and 2. Changed batteries 3 times, and still no sounds. Disappointing!!!Will be returning this, even though the dogs understand the concept they were listening for the whirr of the treats turning and spilling out. Won’t work if in another room, need the sounds to work on the remote(button). 🙁

Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year! The motor stops working just when it’s out of warranty
