Overall, the quality of this product is pretty good. The accessories are also all decent quality. While the clipper seems to cut fine and the blade adjustment works well, what I can’t quite figure out is why the charging seems so odd.In the video, you can see that the red light blinks constantly while charging (not stated in the manual). The light, sometimes, will stay red for a few minutes and then start blinking again. The battery seems to hold a charge, however, after about 5 minutes of constant use, the motor decreases its power substantially and has to be turned off and then back on to regain full power. This issue seems to be mitigated by keeping the cord connected while using it, but the manual specifically states to turn it off before charging.The back pops open and reveals an 18650 Li-ion battery which could be good to replace with a better quality battery. I really don’t know much about this type of rechargeable battery so I do worry about the safety of using it.Perhaps I’m paranoid, but between the inconsistencies stated in the manual and weird charging situation, I’m in the process of looking for a more reliable option.Edit: I am updating my review from 2 to 4 stars as the seller reached out after my initial review to find a solution for the issues I was having. Commendable customer service is always a huge plus and I really appreciate that they delivered that.
