Have been using the replaceable tray so this is a better value and being heavy duty metal is very easy to clean

Cardboard insert frustrating but it may be user error
I bought this tray for my tripod cat, who uses a self-cleaning litter box since she can’t bury her mess. The reusable tray makes clean-up so much easier and quicker, which I appreciate, especially with the added convenience of the crystal litter. The liners are great because they prevent any mess from staining or leaving odors, so the tray stays fresh longer. However, the cardboard piece that comes with it has been a bit frustrating – it keeps getting stuck on the litter box rake, which interrupts the cleaning cycle. Overall, though, it’s a huge improvement and very helpful for both me and my cat
