My pup has yet to break this
Love the fact that this one is slightly bigger compared to other ones because my pup has yet to be able to grasp it in her mouth and throw it around to get her treats out unlike her other one. Keeps her busy for a fair amount of time. Easy to take apart and clean as well.

NOPE
It’s NOT adjustable, as advertised and it’s a pain in the neck to not be able to do that so it’s a waste of plastic time and energy. Skip it.

Very well made!
Unfortunately the training treats we use got stuck in the channel and never dispensed. Keeping it anyway to see if I can find treats that will work.

Puzzle ball
I like the slow feed puzzle ball in Richmond options However it was not designed very efficiently. There were only one or two holes on the outside of the ball which were big enough for large kibble but the inside maze portion was too big to allow kibble unless it was very very small The kitchen food type kibble to come out of the maze part into the clear part and then eventually out of the clear part of the ball.

Perfect for meal time
I put my puppy’s dinner in the bowl and it takes him about 15 mins to complete his meal. He gets so excited when he sees the ball coming out!

Not durable at all
I have a 7 month old Lab and as soon as we gave her the toy she had chewed it up and it was no good.

The seal is weak
I have 2 of these one for upstairs and one for downstairs feedings. 2 have broken because the locking mechanism breaks easily. I dislike that the lock is so fragile. I will not buy again. If you use this infrequently, it’s fine. But it did work for my dog’s little kibbles. Also, it sometimes gets jammed. And lately I have had to have a poking item to loosen the kibbles that got stuck. Finally, it is difficult to clean. So, when it works, it works. But there are some things to consider. Frequency, size of kibble, and how often you wish to clean it.
