– works just fine in all my robot litter boxes (3) which are 3 different brands- litter is thicker than my normal litter- no noticeable difference in cleanliness/odor compared to my other litterTLDR; a normal clumping litter. I see no extra benefits or problems compared to regular litter.

Very strong scent that stays on the cats fur.
I don’t know how effective it is in the LR. I got it recently and my cats still haven’t used it. But the litter has a very prominent perfume smell. I won’t buy it again because of that. I placed one of our cats in the LR just to check it out and the smell has stayed on her. So if you are sensitive to smells, don’t get it.

Purina Tidy Cats Cat Litter for Litter-Robot”.This is a 22 pound box of scented kitty litter designed to be used with the Litter-Robot. Each time the litter robot runs its cycle, the litter scent is stirred up and freshens the room. My cat has no issues with it and I am thrilled at how much better my house smalls.This light weight litter clumps better than any other litter we have tried, and due to how fast and hard it clumps, there is no need to change the litter, just add more as needed! For me this is a huge benefit and a gives me more bang for my buck vs other brands I have used.

Works equally well in regular cat boxes as well as robot/automatic ones.
I use this both in my regular, standard ‘box’ cat box as well as my robot litter. It clumps reliably and doesn’t create a dust cloud when pouring or scooping. Odor control is solid, and what I would expect from Tidy Cats, which has always been one of the most consistent brands IMO. It’s a safe bet if you want a mess-free option that doesn’t jam up automatic litter boxes, but works equally well in your run of the mill boxes, too!

It clumps better than others!
We have a Litter Robot 4 downstairs and a regular litter box upstairs for Mr. Whiskers. He uses either of them as he pleases. In order to be consistent, we use the same litter in both places. We’ve used clumping Tidy Cats cat litter in the past with good results. This particular version is sad to be specifically formulated for the Litter Robot. While it says Litter Robot 4, there’ no reason this wouldn’t work for 3 or any other motion activated litter robots on the market.After a couple of use, two things stood out. 1) it clumps way better than other litters that we’ve tried in the Litter Robot before. Once the cycle is complete, there are no traces of the pee or poo behind. 2) the rotation and the shifting of the litter during the cycle activates a scent, which is pleasant. Although it’s little bit different in structure compared to his last clumping litter, Mr. Whiskers didn’t mind the new one at all.

This cat litter works well at clumping the pee and doesn’t stir up that much dust when you are pouring it. I like the compact size of this box making it a lot easier to store. This is a good value for the size that it is. It clumps well and absorbs the smell keeping the house smelling clean.
