Litter robot
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEN THEY DISCONTINUE THEMI am very unhappy. It keeps going to the orange light which means it’s not ready to work, and I have to keep unplugging it and resetting it.LITTER ROBOT WAS 400.00 AND I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY

Works as it should, but…..
The product works as it should. My cats use it easily. The only complaint I have is that it rotates to remove the waste. This means essentially the cats are crawling into a dome with waste on the walls of the litter box. My three year old Siberian is fluffy and when she exits the dust and whatever is on the walls of the litter box ends up on her fur.So I have to wipe the inside of the dome after each use. And wipe down her fur after each use.It’s not very sanitary in that respect. I have since gone back to the regular litter box and am still searching for a better solution.

Faulty product
Product was faulty. Worked okay for a few weeks, but then would constantly say the wastebin was full even though it never was. Red light always on, would not cycle. Customer service was really good, they were very responsive and tried to help troubleshoot. When it was clear the product was faulty, they did refund me.
