Worse one I’ve ever gotten
Worse one I’ve ever bought. The Stitching on this toy came apart in less than a minute – I’ve had similar tough seam / double stitched toys last MONTHS. I mean the toy wasnt even wet from the dog chewing on it. Pretty disappointed

Stronger than other dog toys marketed as durable.
My Corgi-Pomeranian loves to chew on soft toys that have a squeaker, but manages to tear through the outer material to the stuffing in under an hour (sometimes as quickly as ten minutes), leaving a trail of stuffing materials throughout the house. I searched for a more durable toy and decided upon the Outward Hound Xtreme Seamz Lemur (small size) after reading the reviews here, hoping the extra strong stitching and durable materials would last much longer. The Xtreme Seams Lemur came packaged well, was very cute, and appeared much sturdier than other similar priced items with claims of durability toys (such as those made by Kong). Gizmo began chewing on the lemur immediately. Within three hours, he had 1/2 of each ear and the hair on top chewed off, as well as the side seams of the feet chewed away. Although the stuffing is visible, it has not been pulled out at all. It still has a good deal of wear left in it, with the features on the lemur both front and back intact. This is a well made toy made with strong materials and extra stitching. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable toy for their dog especially if they chew through their toys rapidly. I constantly worry that once he rips a toy open, he will ingest the stuffing and maybe cause a stomach/intestinal blockage. Given the time he’s played with it, I have little concern this problem will arise. I see many hours of play left in the lemur over the weeks ahead. It’s size is great for a smaller dog to carry, throw around, & hold between their paws while they chew. I will continue to purchase the Outward Hound Extreme Seamz toys in the future.

New friend did not last long…
My dog LOVED his new friend but he didn’t last more than an hour. Seams immediately started ripping and fluff falling out. 2 stars because it was cute!

Not indestructible, but certainly more durable than most!
The ears were the first things to go. However, the rest of the toy held up for a couple weeks — much longer than any other plush toy I’ve given my dog! Of course it’s not advised to leave your dog unattended with toys, but I have a hound that NEEDS stimulation in her crate or she’ll break her teeth trying to escape. This gave her a run for her money for sure. However, I’m definitely going to have to stick to extremely durable rubber and toys like benebones for crate toys, but the Xtreme Seamz will definitely have a place in toy box.

Destroyed in under a day
Destroyed. Less than 24 hours after receiving the item the seams are torn out the toy is missing all of its Limbs and hair. And there is a giant hole in the back with all the stuffing coming out. Not tough at all I want my money back I would not buy this unless you have a very small dog. I would have included a photo but for some reason it keeps glitching out and will not let me upload.

My dog is a good ripper. This is an extremely sturdy item. The stuffing is nice and tight and it has not been out yet!Know as croccy.The small parts detached easily but not the main body. Has still got his squeak.Keeps our dog entertained. Good value for money.
