Thermostatic Heating for Ultimate Comfort: This heated cat house features a thermostatic-controlled heating pad that automatically adjusts to match your cat’s body temperature, keeping them warm without the risk of overheating. It automatically shuts off above 113°F and activates below 95°F, ensuring energy efficiency without constant monitoring.
Elevated Design for Dryness & Warmth: Rising 2 inches off the ground, this elevated cat house keeps your feline friend warm and dry by preventing direct contact with cold, damp surfaces. The sturdy feet help avoid the accumulation of snow and standing water, ensuring your cat stays cozy and protected from the elements.
Ventilation for Comfort and Protection: The shelter is thoughtfully designed with clear PVC flaps and an Oxford fabric flap, allowing you to easily adjust airflow based on the weather. During warmer months, the PVC flaps provide excellent ventilation, promoting air circulation to keep your cat cool and comfortable. When temperatures drop, the Oxford fabric flap can be added to block cold drafts, offering insulation and maintaining a cozy, warm environment.
Spacious & Comfortable Interior: With generous dimensions of 14in x 12.4in x 12.4in, this cat house comfortably fits larger cats or pairs of smaller cats. The spacious interior allows them to sleep together, making it ideal for cats who are bonded and prefer to stay close, providing a safe, warm retreat for them in cold weather.
Durable & Safe for Outdoor Use: Constructed from sturdy waterproof Oxford material and a high-strength fiberboard frame, this cat house can withstand rough outdoor conditions, offering a load-bearing roof (up to 8 lbs) that supports active cats jumping or lounging. With a low voltage heating pad (22W), this product is safe for all pets and goes through rigorous safety testing to ensure peace of mind.

Rating is in consideration of price. Good for outdoor cats in an indoor type of space
This is definitely one of the flimsier houses that I’ve gotten out of about 20 or so but it is also one of the cheapest especially to have a heating pad. I would probably never ever consider leaving this out exposed to the elements, but like a couple others I reviewed it would be good for a garage, crawl space, barn with electricity, things like that. For under 30 bucks or potentially less with a coupon or on sale I think this would be worth considering. The bottom isn’t super fantastic in terms of how it goes together but like I said if you just need a warm place for an outdoor cat that is already protected from wind and rain then this one could be a pretty budget-friendly option. The heating pad is nice. I have it in the garage on a shelf and it stayed occupied most of the winter.

The legs and the cord
Cheap item for too much money

Luke warm if that
Doesn’t really heat up even on high. Doubt it will warm up anything living outside in such cold temps

His Own Home
I use it for indoors because I couldn’t find one large enough for my baby to be comfortable in and this works! I’m not going to comment in extreme detail on the heating function since I don’t need it indoors due to my heat being on almost constantly and up high as well during the cold spurts so he wouldn’t need it. But it does work!I’ve decorated the roof of the house since I don’t like the print at all and made it more of a wooden appearance with temporary Christmas decorations back in December. Now it’s just the wood texture again. Peel and stick wallpaper, waterproof and scratch resistant if anyone was wondering what I used! Assembly wasn’t that difficult for me either and I have arthritis in my hand.

Great!
This heated cat house is perfect for my outdoor feral kitty! It was super easy to assemble and is as cute as a button. My kitty took to it right away and absolutely loves the included heating pad. It comes with everything needed to keep an outdoor cat cozy and protected—though my indoor cat had to test it out first and gave it a big paws-up! I highly recommend it and plan to order more. Hope this review is helpful!

Concerns about outdoor usage
We plan to use this outdoor cat house inside. Our cats enjoy a heating pad as much as any other pet and after assembling, we decided inside is where it belongs. 1) The house only measures 12” x 12” interior space. Only one cat at a time can use it anyway. 2) The on/off/high/low switch doesn’t appear to be weatherproof. It looks very much like the one on my personal heating pad used for muscle aches. It’s very suitable for indoor use. 3) The cord is only chew resistant from the pad itself to the on/off switch. From that point to the outlet looks like an ordinary white lamp cord with plug. I can’t imagine this could be used safely outdoors unless well sheltered. 4) The pad stays on until you manually turn it off. 5) I also don’t like how the cord has to run up to the roof and through the zipper in the ceiling. I’m sure that’s why the chew-resistant part of the cord only extends to the on/off switch. It seems a tempting toy for a bored kitty. For those reasons I don’t feel comfortable using this outside in the weather. My indoor cats will love it though. See photos. They already do!Assembly required no tools at all. Pop the house open, insert the board with the screw hold side down. Screw the legs on. Add the corded heating pad and zip the top on. It took all of 5 minutes. You can attach the included Velcro strips inside (before zipping on the top), and attach the clear vinyl door. If you do use it outside, note that dome more feral cats won’t until the clear flap and may not try it. We’ve had no luck with those kinds of flaps for doors. I’m pretty neutral on the patterned roof.My personal recommendation is that if you intend to use this outside, know it is solid and will certainly do the job for a single cat only. However, I would forgo the included tie-downs and place the house in a sheltered area with straw underneath to further insulate and make sure it’s near an electrical outlet that is protected as well. Never use an extension cord not rated for outdoor use.

Legs won’t stay on
It stays warm as advertised. The hole where the legs screw in snapped within one use. My cat is afraid to sleep in it because it wobbles and tips over. Wasted money
