I would say my dog is an aggressive chewer. She’s a pit mix, she will chew for hours. This toy is the only bone I will buy now. It lasted her from Christmas until April. No toy has ever lasted that long. I’m impressed.

BEWARE! – VET WARNING
This toy should NOT be given to any dog who does anything beyond lightly chew on a toy. It looks like it may take time to wear down, but this long hockey stick was missing large portions of both ends within the first few hours I offered to my dogs. One of my Golden Retrievers got sick the following day & then intermittently over the following 2 months. He eventually got a blockage in his stomach that led to pancreatitis & fluid in his belly. As a veterinarian, my house is dog-proofed so I couldn’t figure out what he possibly could have swallowed until the boarded surgeon who did his emergency surgery saved the huge bulk of material in his stomach that was getting caught up on these long chunks of the hockey stick that wasn’t passing & didnt get digested over months time. Over $12,000 later, I will NEVER ever suggest this toy. Think twice & consider a toy that is proven digestible if ingested!
Broom head will not stay on pole . Very upset, I trust o cedar products but questioning quality now. –
