    Perfect for Cold Weather
I got this Abuandi dog jacket for my friend Maggy’s dog, and it’s been a great addition to their winter walks. It’s super warm, fitting her medium-sized dog perfectly and keeping him cozy even on really cold days. The jacket is easy to slip on and off, which is super convenient. Plus, the bright color makes her dog stand out, adding a fun splash of style while keeping him visible. Maggy appreciates how comfortable her dog seems while wearing it, and she’s mentioned that it doesn’t restrict his movements at all.

Good for light coverage on walks
Good but size and can be difficult on long dogs. I got this for my Corgi to use in Kentucky during the winter and he is okay with it. It’s a very puffy fit and can be hard to get on if they are resistant. Zippers are good and has nice reflective strip. Looks super cute.

Great looking jacket for your pupper
Great looking jacket (I love the colors) that looks great on our goldendoodle. Even though she doesn’t love to wear it, it does the job and was easy enough to get on her.

Great Looking Jacket, Ended up With a Weak Zipper Though
This is a lovely dog coat, honestly, and I love the color scheme/design. It’s sporty and doesn’t attract burrs or other unpleasant grassland hitchhikers the way fleece and knits obviously would. I would have been happy to give this coat five stars, only the zipper is weak and likes to split open if I’m not super careful when zipping it up. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it back to where it would rezip, but thankfully I did. I’ve been having this problem with a lot of jackets, backpacks, kid onesies, hoodies and so on over the last few years, it begs the question if anyone is producing quality zippers today as I am not rough on clothing or accessories. It’s getting rather frustrating. Anyway, the dog this is on is a Great Dane mix, but she is smaller than average. It’s a comfortable size on her, and the collar fits around her 20″ neck just fine.

    Easy on and off
I appreciate how easy it is to slip this on and off. I camp a lot and my dog needs an extra layer but only part of the day. I love that I can easily put this on or take off in seconds. It’s nice and waterproof and the color makes it easy to spot her, even at long distances. I love this.

    Warm and Safe
I often walk my dog late at night or early in the morning and it can be very dark (especially in the wintertime). I especially like the reflective properties of this coat. Helps to keep my dog visible while keeping him warm.

Beautiful coat, not so convenient to put on
Our new rescue pup has a few jackets to keep him warm but I wanted something that was waterproof. First off, the pattern of this coat in the blue is beautiful in my opinion, and I really love that there are toggle pulls you can tighten around the neck area if needed, especially because it does extend farther up the neck and almost reaches his ears which I really like. Doing so would help to prevent water from getting in and irritating his neck. Unfortunately, the jacket is kind of a pain to put on, but not enough so that I’ll stop using it. I love that it’s waterproof, but my only gripe is the design of it with the zipper on top. The zipper pulls naturally and separates as it goes on, which is to be expected as you go up the body of your pup. If they changed this from a zipper to Velcro this would be phenomenal! Add a detachable hoodie with toggles to tighten and to prevent moisture from getting in his ears and I would be obsessed. Needless to day, it fits him well but he has room to grow into it. He came from down south in a very bad situation where he was starved so we’re working to put weight on him healthily and steadily over time. I still love this jacket and have received so many compliments on it. Keep in mind you do need a compliant dog that will allow you the time to put it on because it isn’t as easy a process as I would like. For reference my new pup is a Pitmix who weighs about 56 pounds. Keep in mind he was also wearing a harness in the picture that makes the jacket appear to fit much snugger than it is, which I am okay with because his harness is a little big and this prevents any wiggle room for mad dashes. I hope this helps someone. I’ll update if my review changes. I may see if any of my crafty friends can alter out to a Velcro closure in place of the zipper because it is extremely well made. Did I mention, look how handsome he is in it?? 😉

Great for larger/tall dog breeds, secure even in high winds
Purchased for a friend who’s Doberman needed a winter coat. Works wonderfully for broader chested/long necked dog breeds due to the longer front leg sleeve length. The yellow is a nice bright buttery color that helps with visibility and the extra Velcro patches allow for addition of service animal/friendly/reactive patches if your pup wears those too. The back leg elastics keep the back of the jacket secured so that wind doesn’t flip it up. Love the back zip too for easy on and off.
