Nice, comfy plush, takes a couple hours for it to unfurl and grow to full size.
This is a good size for my 55 lb Lab. It might be a little thin for aged and ailing older dogs just alone on a hard floor, but it works great on a carpet, to refresh the looks of another bed, in a crate, or on a couch. I have no reason to think that it won’t wash up nicely, but I think I might turn it inside out.

I absolutely love this dog crate pet bed with removable washable cover. We were recently traveling with two bonded pairs of rabbits to a location 7 hours away. We ended up putting the dog crate in the back of the cart and this pad on the bottom of the crate. It is absolutely perfect for rabbits as well. The underside of the cover has grippy dots to keep it in place, but it also happens to already fit perfectly in the large dog crate that we own. The fact that the top of it is this plastic wipeable material was extremely helpful. I also think that this is a quality item because rabbits tend to chew and scratch as is their normal instinct and they weren’t able to damage this much. It’s pretty impressive for any textiles in our house to be able to withstand our bunnies. So I would say the material for the cover is pretty durable. The amount of padding was perfect for what we were doing. The bunnies don’t need too much padding as they are not that heavy and this was the right amount that still gave them plenty of space to move around. I was also very happy knowing if they had an accident it would be easy to clean up. We were able to really thoroughly test it because we were on the road 7 hours there and back and they were also able to go on this pad in the location where we were staying. They seem to like it. They get enough grip on it even though it’s a wipeable material on the top. This is important for bunnies because they have fur on the bottom of their feet. I have one pair of rabbits that hate to go on any surface that’s too slippery and they will refuse to walk on such surfaces but they ended up being okay with this.Overall highly recommend this item. It made the dog crate so much better and much more comfortable. I think it’s a thoughtful item. Very practical, durable and versatile as you can use it without a crate as well.

Easy to Clean, But a Bit Thin for Larger Dogs
The material is great—waterproof, easy to wipe down, and doesn’t trap hair, which is perfect for keeping things clean. However, the mat is a bit too thin for my Dutch Shepherds. It works in a pinch for short rests, but it doesn’t provide much cushioning for longer crate time or naps. Would be better suited for smaller breeds or as a liner over a thicker pad.

Comfy and fit well, not for heavy chewers dogs that like to destroy things in their crate
This dog crate pad was easy to set up and a nice thickness once it fully expanded. It fit well with a little extra room on the edge for easy removal and cleaning. Too bad we never got that far because my dog destroyed it after 2 hours. It’s not durable for a dog that is curious about things in their crate with them. Otherwise, it seemed like a great, functional product if it had been a bit more sturdy.

Waterproof and Comfortable as well as Versatile
This is a nice little mat, especially for a crate. It has a plastic/vinyl cover that is waterproof/peeproof. Very easy to clean-just wipe it off. Very good for a small dog. When not being used in the crate, it gets covered with a blanket and Nikko loves to sleep on it. It must be pretty comfortable because this is his new favorite place to sleep.

This review is for the Liliowons dog crate pad with vegan leather cover in gray listing for $29.99.The tag on the cover states, ‘Warning Flammable (fails US Department of Commerce Standard FF 2-70), should not be used near sources of ignition’. Nothing in the listing indicates this product failed to meet this standard, I never would have ordered it if I had been aware of this fact. After seeing this, I no longer feel comfortable using this for my dog. I would normally end the review right here but will go over the other features in case other consumers are willing to use it.I would not consider the pad thick enough to be used as a crate pad, but it would be fine as a resting station somewhere else in the home. I was able to compress it easily between my thumb and finger. Given the failure to meet Standard FF 2-70, I would not want to keep it in a crate where a dog could possibly be trapped if the door is closed.Putting the mat together is simply a matter of placing the inner foam core into the soft vegan leather cover. It is not machine washable; the cover can only be wiped down by hand. This isn’t an issue for the top and sides, which have the leather-like surface, but the bottom does not appear to be waterproof, and the gripping dots would make wiping it down difficult at best. The zipper is sturdy and there is a small pocket where the pull tab can be placed to avoid it from catching on a dog’s nails.Because this product does not meet a US Department of Commerce Standard for flammability, and this is not noted in the listing, I am giving this product 1 star.

100% Waterproof & Super Easy to Clean
My dog recently tried out the Dog Crate Pad (Waterproof Dog Bed Mat-36″x23″). It is sized and described exactly as listed in the Amazon sales ad. This dog bed mat works perfectly on an outside raised dog cot and very easy to clean if anything is spilled on it. It is definitely 100% waterproof which we learned after accidently spilling an entire bowl of water on it. Please note that the foam padding is very thin and not what I would describe as good orthopedic support, especially for an older, more senior dog. However, for a younger dog, the foam padding is fine. My dog seemed to enjoy lying on this dog bed mat outside on top of his cot and preferred it over the other cots without a dog bed mat. So, if you are looking for a basic, waterproof, easy to clean thin dog bed mat, this is it.
