Very compact packaging and clear instructions—just make sure to poke the right holes when installing the beam inside the little box.Both of my cats love it! Especially great for my short-legged munchkin who used to struggle with taller trees.I was a bit worried at first when I saw some small grey fur in the package—I thought it was dirty. But then I realized it’s the same texture as my older cat tree from the same brand. Probably just factory overlap from making a grey version. Everything else was clean and well packed.Assembly took me about an hour, but I was also sipping wine and being “helped” by two excited cats. This is my second tree from this brand—both are super sturdy and well-designed. Highly recommend!

Time will tell, but seems like a good purchase.
Update: took a little while but my cats warmed up to it and really enjoy it 🐾 I recommend this product!Cannot attest to durability just yet as I just got it,however- it seems very sturdy and structurally sound. Assembly was ok, but there could be better directions definitely. Directions were only a diagram. The two pieces we are stumped on are the fluffy bedding to put over the thick boards to make it more like a bed for the cats, it says there should be holes but we actually had to cut holes into the fabric ourself to make it work. These are able to be taken off to be washed however now that we cut holes in them not sure if we should.
