Ingredients
0.5 cup (120g) butter0.7 cup (100g) powdered sugar2 table spoons (50g) sour cream2 yolks2.5 cups (350g) all-purpose flour1/4 tsp salt
Step 1
Add all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix gently till a light fluffy texture is reached. Press the dough down into 2 flat circular shapes and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Lay the dough out onto a flat surface with flour sprinkled generously.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour generously on top of the mixture and roll flat with a regular rolling pin. Now take your Algis Crafts Handmade Embossed Rolling Pin and firmly roll over the top of the mixture in a stable manner, keeping a firm grip on the rotating handles.
Step 3
Use your favorite biscuit cutter shape to cut out as many biscuits from the mixture as possible. With the remaining mixture, repeat the process from laying the dough flat on a surface in step 1. Take your biscuit shapes and lay flat and equally distant onto a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake till a beautiful golden brown colour in the centre of your oven is reached and be careful not to overbake as the gorgeous pattern will become less visible! Remove from the oven and let cook for 10-15 minutes. All that’s left to do now is to enjoy your scrumptious bakes with your loved ones!

Sturdy rolling pin and design is etched in well
Bought this as a chirstmas/birthday gift for my coworker who loves sailormoon. I will give props to the seller cause I bought it a week or two before christmas and arrived just in time even though it said it may arrive in january <3 I was excited to give it to them and they thought it was very cute. It is good for actual use or a decorative pin to put on a rolling pin stand. It even came with a printed gingerbread man recipe.

Super adorable
I only gave it four stars because I purchased this for a christmas gift, and the recipient hasn’t used it yet. Appearance wise, it is adorable, a bit shorter than I expected, but very cute, the cutouts of the cats look like they will make a good impression, so fingers crossed that it works out as good as it looks. If she loves it and it works perfectly, I will come back and make it 5 stars

Be sure to season with oil before use.
I love this rolling pin. It is important to remember to season it with coconut or olive oil before use. I did this for several days until the wood did not take any more oil. I have no problem with sticking. To get the full impression one must press firmly the seasoned pin into the dough. I like the recipe on the Dominos Sugar bag. Works perfectly and does not have to be chilled.
