I had forgotten about the carrot that comes with these two Squeaky Goose Toys. The Goose toys are each packaged separately, so if I wanted to, I could keep one and gift the other. However, I have four dogs, so if I get one more new toy (and I have one in reserve), I can gift my own dogs with one new toy apiece. The carrot rope toy will by the favorite of one of them, and it looks like it will be very difficult to tear up! The goose toys look to be quite durable as well, and have squeakers in them, located in the neck. They look to be made out of burlap and stitched together really tightly. The eyes are embroidered on, so those won’t come out easily. The feet will probably be the first things to go, but the rest of the toy will stay intact, probably, for a long time. These will be lots of fun for the dogs!

Dog toys met expectations. Not for aggressive chewers
Decent dog toys. Only one squeaker in the neck of each duck. Was hoping there would be a least two in each toy because that’s the feature my dog enjoys most. Material is decent.These are not toys for the kind of dog that can destroy your average stuffy in minutes, but they are more rugged than the pet chain store stuffies that are in the bins near the cashier’s. The carrot is made of rope fibers and I haven’t yet given it to my dog. She has been carrying around a duck the past couple days and it’s still in good shape. Material reminds me a little of 80’s couch cushions.

Probably not suitable for serious chewers as they wouldn’t survive. My dog hasn’t shown much interest but it’s not the fault of the toy. It’s got a low key squeaker in the neck. I recently found a toy with a squeaker he seemed to like so I ordered these thinking he’d like them as well! At least I tried! Your dog may enjoy it. The carrot one has no squeaker. It seems like an ok value for 3 toys provided your dog enjoys them.

One happy pup! Durable toys
Our little Jack Russell Terror is notorious for ripping open her squeaky toys as soon as they arrive, but these ducks and the carrot feel very durable.She immediately started playing with it as soon as I handed it to her. They’re not like those ultra thick canvas toys, but more in-between thickness.The squeaker is in the neck. I only gave her one duck and the carrot to have another duck on-hand if this one gets destroyed, but I think it is built to last.She played a little tug-of-war with it and it didn’t tear either. Nice toys for the puppers .

No squeakers
Impressed by the thick fabric the ducks are made out of but I was a little bummed that they didn’t have squeakers. The small carrot rope may be durable for smaller dogs but I would say medium to large dogs could destroy it in no time. The ducks might hold up to a decent amount of chewing/ abuse from medium or larger dogs. My dog is not a chewer anymore so we’ve been using them more as a fetching toy than a “baby”. Ducks are 9 inches wide by 12 inches long and the carrot measures 9 inches long (from tassel tip to carrot tip) and the carrot is about 1.5 inches in diameter.
