    Extremely durable!
About 11 months ago, I welcomed a 7-month-old Male Boxer into our house who proceeded to completely obliterate pretty much every toy I had, and had gotten for him since. Anything Fabric would be gone within minutes. Rope, a day. Hard plastic chews, two days. A few months ago, antler was recommended, and it amazingly lasted a week before he, and my 6-yr old Pit/Boxer/Chocolate Lab mix had managed to break into one and from there it quickly dwindled. Despondent I had nothing that would last for my pup, my gaze fell upon the Kong Teething ring I bought when I adopted him. The foster parents had told me he had lost his puppy teeth but was still teething. This toy had somehow survived. And in fact the dogs would fight over it, as small as it was. So I went looking for something larger by Kong they could play tug-of-war with and found this. It has been over a month of extremely hard play, full on tug-of-war bouts, extreme chewing and flailing and no joke this thing still looks brand new! Thank you so much Kong for making toys that can survive active pups!

    Very tuggable
This tug toy takes a beating and doesn’t show any signs of wear and tear. Beware though, there’s a tiny bit of elasticity to it and if you’re in a serious game of tug-of-war and your dog lets go… it can whip around and snap you. Yowch!

  3. Liz

    Great product!
Good product! My dog loves It. Plus it has lasted for over a week. My female pitbull destroys every toy but so far she has not destroyed this. I wo uld recommend.

  4. Phyllis S. Rabun

Our dogs love it, but cracked on day 1
We have had this for about 10 days now. It started cracking where the two sides join on the first day, but amazingly it hasn’t torn thru yet. Ordering another one to have a backup

  5. Mike

    My corgi’s favorite toy.
My dog will instantly go towards this toy in the yard. She loves to tug on it, and it can fully support her 30 pounds of weight, so the rubber is very durable.

  6. Monique Muslim

    Adorable and fun.
I have a pitbull and a triple X bully they both love this and it’s still around for now.

Who loves them little fur babies? I know I do! Anyone else’s fur babies have that lovely “I have to much energy disorder and love to chew on things till they are disintegrated?” Yup, same here. How about those power chewers, bully products are like baby toys? Yup me too!Ever get a roped tug of war with those strands all braided or swirled around together and your little destructive minions turn it into teeth floss? Yup, right there with you.OK, so when it comes down to it, this beats ropes on quite a few levels.1- Getting the tid bits of this in their system after wrestling is better than string. You ever see what happens when string and the number 2 mix together looks like? Yeah it is not fun and very disturbing.2- This material is stronger than threads, what all the ropes are made of. This means rather than having something that lasts a whopping 15 minutes, my little minions will have fun for a couple weeks.3- Most important, if anyone tells you anything is power chewer approved, pit bull approved, and will last, they are selling lies. How do I know? 4 Pits, 1 Doberman, 1 Rot. I can tell you about power chewers and nothing commercially stands up. Get a real tire if you want some to last more than a couple weeks at most. Why do i tell you this? Well, every toy I get I know is not going to last. However, I would rather my little furies to enjoy something for a couple weeks instead of mere minutes. That is real power chewer approved!Paws out!

Great toy but not durable enough
It lasted about an hour or so with my pittie. He loves it couldn’t wait for me to take it off the cardboard. I have to store it on top of cabinets with how much he wants to chew it. I thought it would be a little bit thicker of material, he is a strong dog an ripped it playing tug. Not pitbull approved for long-term

  9. Annie

This is, by far, my dog’s favourite toy! We call it her “Tug” and all we have to ask is “where is your Tug” and she will happily run to find it! It is fun for both ends of the toy. We love it as a stress relief (and workout!!) and she loves the pulling and shaking aspect of it! It’s also super durable. When we first opened it up, we were worried that the fact that it was stretchy would mean it would fall apart easily. Nope! It is still going strong!

  10. Laís

Ótimo para brincar de cabo de guerra com cães de mordida forte. Esta aguentando bem a minha american Staff. A Kong ainda se mostra ser a marca mais resistente de brinquedos mesmo.

  11. Lizy

    Durable

  12. Dev

It is quite sturdy and my dog loves playing it with me. The natural rubber smell was strong initially but it went away in a few days. I have a jack Russell and even though this toy is big and heavy he is able to play with it.

  13. Name

My 6 months old vizsla destroys many toys, and this one is lasting long! Right now he played with it many times a day during few days. A miracle! Also, a big plus… it’s very funny to see him playing with it
