Best deal for the price.
This is the 2nd best thing I’ve gotten for the family cat. 1st was the robo litter box. This thing had made the cat be on a diet and less vomiting from stress eating. You can fill the silo up and set for cats desired portions 1-10, mine is set at 5 twice a day and it’s the perfect amount. You can talk to your cat from anywhere with your phone. Also has a live camera so you can use it as security camera as well. Unfortunately you can not see the food in the bowl but can see your kitty eat. Easy set up, and works great.

Broken at 3 months of use
I wish I could attach a picture of what I saw this morning. When I came downstairs, to my horror and the horror of my kitty, there was an entire bag of food in her bowl and on the ground next to it. We got this in August, and set up in September. It was relatively easy for me to set up but you have to be tech savvy – it wasn’t that easy. But here we are now, out $50+ for a unit that just spills food out every time you add food. I’m so angry and of course it happens at Christmas time where buying a new one isn’t really an option. I wasn’t sure we were going to like it, and to be honest, I’ve loved this thing (the app is a little wonky, but does what I want), the food seemed to be feeding out fine, until this morning. I feel bamboozled and now I’m adding to the tech waste and feel even more upset about that. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money on a more reliable product.

I love that I can feed my cat from my phone
The cat feeder is nice quality and I have no complaints. The camera works well and the app is not bad.I’ve gone on vacation and able to have my cat on a routine feeding schedule and I could peek in with the cam to see her while she was eating. Definitely like this feeder, as her bowls are upstairs and If I am being lazy, I can feed her with the manual option from down-stairs. I recommend this automatic feeder.

Good feeder
We really like the feeder, the only thing is the camera does turn off from time to time and we have to reconnect our camera. And it’s not our wifi, because it happens when there’s no connection issue with our wifi.

Nice cat feeder
The feeder is worth the money but I think it is best only used with one cat. Easy to set up and works as advertised. You can control the feeder from the app when you need to add the food you can just push the button and it drops the amount set. I don’t know if the app is yours but it is not worth the money way to expensive. But over all the feeder is nice and easier to control what is feed to the cats. I would say it is worth the money for ease and keeps a clean feeding area. But the app not for me

Worked a few months, then crapped out
I loved this vidoe/auto feeder for the few months it worked! It got uplugged by accident one day, and upon plugging it back in, it would not reconnect to the wifi or the app. It just flashed an orange light and did a little noise indicating it was not connected. And even when I pressed the refresh button, deleted the device from the app and re-added it, nothing worked anymore. Since I am passed the 4 months mark I can’t return it or get customer service. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Well Made!!
We live out in the country and we were trying to keep some feral cats fed while we were away. This is advertised as indoor so I did not have much hope. But man, this thing has withstood the raccoons!! We tried this while we were still home to make sure I had it set up. The raccoons got the bungee cords undone while we were out. I could see them on the camera and we could hear them I could yell at them and it did not phase them. The view changed and I could not figure out what they did. We got home and they had managed to disconnect the feeder and take it off of the deck and down 3 steps. The feeder was out in the yard but still connected to the wifi and I through the camera I could see the trees!! They did get the lid off and ate the cat food. While we were gone my son came over and ratchet strapped it down. I duct taped the lid. I loved that we can manually feed. We were still having problems with the raccoons.. lol. I could see their noses on the camera at night. But to finish this. They learned to self feed and scratched off the face of the buttons. BUT everything literally still works. It is not as pretty as it was of course. But this feeder has taken a beating.. literally. I was able to talk to my son while I was in AZ and he was in IA putting the ratchet straps on it for me. It really is a great product. I think we will order another one just to have a pretty one again. My son has volunteered to build me a case/cage to keep raccoons out and weather proof it a bit. The only critique would be to have the portion size a bit bigger. They really are incredibly small. But other than that.. a fantastic product. Check into an outdoor case to weather proof it!

Unfortunately not reliable
I’ve had this for a few weeks now during which I encountered multiple issues1) The device did not feed at all the scheduled times I set, no idea why. It would sometimes feed at times I did not set.2) The amount of food that came out per “feeding portion” was inconsistent. I could not find a schedule and portion amounts that would keep the bowl both not empty and not overflowing.3) The camera does not allow you to see the food bowl, so you cannot know remotely if there is some issue and do manual feeding through the app.4) This is the most serious issue – the app seems to keep crashing. I notice the bowl being empty, I open the app and see an error message saying that the app encountered some issue, and only when I refresh it it resumes working. However it crashes again within a day or so.The fact that they added an advertisement you need to wait through when you open the app is just another small annoyance. All in all, I am not happy with this purchase, have absolutely no trust I can go on vacation for a few days letting it feed my cats, and will be looking for a different pet feeder.
