Great for Grooming Table Stability
I bought this PETHROOM non-slip mat specifically for grooming my dog on a folding table, and it works really well for that purpose. The main thing I was looking for was something to prevent her from sliding around, and this mat does exactly that. It provides excellent grip, making her feel much more stable and secure on the grooming table, which makes the whole process less stressful for both of us.The mat itself is pretty small (15.8″ x 21.7″), which is fine for my current setup, but I could definitely see myself wanting a larger size in the future, especially if I were grooming a larger dog or needed more space for my tools.The material seems sturdy and durable, and I’m confident it will hold up well through many grooming sessions. A must have for bath time
Bathing my dogs used to be an ordeal because they were terrified of slipping in the tub. This shower mat has been the perfect solution. It provides the grip they need to feel secure, and the difference in their behavior is remarkable. Both my small and large dogs are much more relaxed and have stopped trying to jump out. On top of that, it’s incredibly easy to clean, dry, and store. Highly recommended for any dog owner!

No More Slipping
I’ve had a terrible problem with my dog slipping around in the sink while I try to bath her. This mat put an end to that problem. After I put the mat in the sink, the slipping stopped. I believe it makes my dog feel more secure because she’s no longer on a slick surface. I like the cooler as well, and it cleans up like a breeze. It was just a little big for my utility sink, but that is no big deal. It just ripples along the edge a little bit and has no effect on its performance.

Better for a dog washed in the sink than the tub
This is okay. It’s about the size of a small bath mat. It does work but my dog hates the texture, so back to using a bath mat in the tub for her. It is small and if you’re going to use it – use it for a small dog. Mine is what I consider a medium/large dog (55 pounds but she’s got a long body) so she can barely get all four paws on at the same time.

Hard to keep your pet on
It could have been my dogs, but between trying to wash them and keep them on this mat, I was exhausted. It would probably be better in a laundry tub, but they kept wanted to stray to the non-pad areas of the bath tub, then they would subsequently slip. These were small dogs, so perhaps bigger dogs would be an easier chore. I will say, they were non-slip and work as advertised.

A bathtub is good for large dogs, and a sink more convenient for small ones. This provides a comfortable and safe base in a sink. Glad to have it.

This non-slip mat has been helpful at making our small dog feel more stable both during bath time and grooming. I appreciate the design and technology that has been used in creating the wave pattern for her safety. I love that her feet don’t slip out from under her and cause any injuries. She seems a good deal more relaxed standing on this mat than standing in the tub with little to no traction. I also like that the grooves trap or at least slow what falls from her during the shampoo and rinse and races for the drain; her hair, fleas, things like that. The plastic rubber mat is easy to wash and dry (thanks to the hanging feature.) This mat doesn’t attach to the surface of the tub like a traditional bath mat but this is more comfortable for her and I think she is safer on it than without it.
