I have bought these beds more than once. My dogs love them. Especially my older dogs. They are sturdy and washable and built to last. I have a higher than average number of dogs and they definitely take a beating without ripping. They have stood up to a digger and a chewer. Highly recommended.

Two 70 lb dogs fit in one Jumbo XL. The interior dimensions are 31 x 29. The bolster is 4″H x 6″W. The dogs are both 27″ from collar to the base of their tail. I got the cooling gel foam and the memory foam. I personally cannot tell the difference by feeling them. Neither the cooling gel nor memory foam is as dense or heavy as Orvis or DogBeds4Less which are like human mattresses. I think that is fine – the dogs are not really denting the foam and sometimes I think the memory foam is too stiff for 70 lb animals. It is not egg crate foam-that is their “orthopedic” foam. The Driftwood Brown cover has a shiny sheen to it and fits slightly baggy as seen in the pictures. Not a deal breaker but I don’t love it. The Orion Blue cover seems a better fit and a better quality fabric without being saggy. Neither material is furniture grade but it appears to be sturdy & nails are not hooking on it. I do like all the options in sizes, inserts and covers. I will get one for the SUV. Overall a good value and my pound puppies seem pleased.

It’s decent – serves its purpose but wish it was better.
After unpacking and setting up, my first impression of this dog bed is “meh” to good. But not great. My dog (who’s used to various dog beds) seems okay with it but not enthusiastic. It looks much better once the two (2) pieces (the main base cushion and the edge bolster) are inserted into the cover. Btw, when you unpack the bolster, it looks terrible (ragged and no shape) – there are instructions to fluff it (by putting it in the dryer with a damp cloth) which works okay. The main base cushion comes air compressed. Once opened, it fluffs up well but does have a chemical smell – not overwhelming but for a dog, it may be strong. The pieces fit into the cover decently – nothing is squashed or misshapen. The cover is quilted which adds a necessary layer of softness and padding. I can’t speak to how effective the cooling layer is – time will tell. I also can’t speak to how well the cover washes in the laundry – time will tell on that as well. The size is as advertised and the color of the cover is nice. I would recommend this item with the slight reservation that, for the quality received, it might be a tad overpriced. Thanks!

This bed is amazing, stylish, and all my fluffy babies love it, even when they don’t always use it properly 😅. I got the large cooling memory foam for my older Pom, because he has a bad knee, and I wanted him to be more comfortable where could stretch out when he’s not up to jumping on the bed with me. He’s a picky boy, and has refused to use the donut bed I’ve gotten before this one. He loves the size, and the cooling top keeps him comfortable on warmer days. I really wanted a memory foam bed with pillowed sides, dogs like head elevation just as much as we do, which is hard to find in memory foam beds for some reason. While the sides do go a little flat, I can always stuff the insert later on. Also the ability to unzip, and wash the cover is a great function. However It also slides on wood, so put a mat, or something else underneath that will help the bed stay in place. Other than that I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase after having it for 3 months, with destructive pups no less. Other than a few loose strings from chewing, it’s holding up remarkably well. I’m planning on buying another one soon so the puppies don’t keep kicking daddy out of his bed. Just make sure your buying the right bed in your order, I’ve noticed some bad reviews from people who didn’t go into the the tab bar. There are different inserts, at different prices so make sure you click the right one for your order.

What I like about this product is it’s actually comfortable and I can actually feel the cooling gel foam, makes a vast difference on how long my dog sleeps now & rarely sleeps on the tile! My dog eventually liked sleeping on the bed (last picture). We received this bed a couple of days ago. As you can see in the video (first day to receive the bed), I can’t tell if she was marking her territory or just scratching her bed since it was all new to her. I had to get her a new bed because her puppy bed is getting too small (first two pictures) for her as she is still growing (currently 6mons old). I got the Jumbo Cooling Gel Foam. She loves it and never slept better. At first I was nervous it was going to be too big, but it turned to be the perfect size for a Rough Collie! I made sure to get her a new bed when she’s well trained and out of the chewing stage. To get her an affordable bed, with the best quality! & sure did found the perfect bed for her!If she gets bigger (hoping she doesn’t lol) I would need to get her the Jumbo Plus size.Side note: For those that complained about their puppy or adult dog chewing on the bed, maybe you should train your dog not to chew on things before buying a new/expensive bed. It’s not Amazon’s/FurHaven’s fault you can’t train your dog right, then make a bad review on the product. Does not make sense. Just saying 🙂

I originally bought this bed about two years ago and it was great.I bought a new one for Christmas this year as a replacement for the old one. As you can see in the photos, the bolster is not even the same. It’s much smaller much thinner. It doesn’t even fit the entire casing on top.In the pictures, I provided the new one and how it looks, a side-by-side comparison of the new (white) and old bolster (yellow), and a picture of how the old one looked.I have reached out to Furhaven for fix to the situation. I’ll update if I hear back.

Passten super unsere großen Hunde drauf aber leider hat sich die Matte nicht wirklich ausgedehnt und somit nicht wirklich zu nutzen. Zurück schicken ist durch die halbe ausdehnen so kompliziert das wir es für den preis behalten. Schade hätten es gerne komplett gehabt.

As you can see this bed for my oldest Akita is a big hit ! My other 3 dogs – AND a friend tried it first.It was expensive for shipping from US to UK but the quality and comfort is exactly what I was hoping for and I know it will last Isaac for a good few years.We are moving to Spain in 6 weeks and he will be comfy and cool on the journey as well as when we live there.Thank You !
