Dual Heated Pet Bowls
The quality of these heated pet bowls is pretty good. I like that the thick, heavy cord is flexible and protected from the elements. The unit and bowls do not get hot, but yet the water doesn’t freeze and stays a cool temperature. Since these bowls are for my high energy dogs who like to stay outside during the day even when it is cold, overnight I unplug the unit. The next day if the water has frozen, this unit thaws the frozen water fairly quickly without getting hot. It works quite well.

Works during a cold snap
I managed to get this just before our latest cold snap and it works really well. I use both sides for food and it didn’t take the feral cats long to figure out how to get a non-frozen meal. The bowls come out for nice easy cleanup as well. Very nice for outdoor cat colonies.
