My cats (adults and kittens) love wand play – they heartily approve of this toy- first they love the human interaction involved – then they love the length of the wire and finally, they love the teasers attached. (Incidentally, I no longer have refills – having mistakenly left the refill package where this rambunctious crew can get it-in short, a keeper.

Glue, not suction cup
It’s important for people to know that the “suction cup” it’s for the rods that attach the toy itself to the base. The actual part that goes into the floor, wall or wherever you want to put it doesn’t work with suction, but with some glue that it has on it. The quality of the glue is pretty bad. I’ve had it for no more than 3 days and after a couple of mins of play time the whole structure is in the floor because the glue can’t keep the toy standing.

Non-dyed feathers, short wand
Truth be told, I ordered this for the toys and not the wand. The former have mostly natural colors, but the wand is just too short and flexible for my liking. I stay away from dyed feathers in case they are ingested. My cats were begging me to start playing before I got it out of the plastic wrap due to the sound of the bells.The toys can be used on other wands and are well-constructed.Compared to big box pet store prices for dyed feather toys, this is a good deal.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. Suction cup doesn’t stick
My cats were definitely interested in this, but I’m having a hard time finding a proper spot to suction it to. I have wood floors and a tile kitchen but the only thing I could get it to stick on is a smooth TV stand, which is not really functional.

A nice improvement over the ‘regular’ wire cat toy
Every cat I’ve had has been unable to resist one of these ‘spring wire’ style cat toys – I think the irregular, unpredictable movement just sets off their hunting instinct.This version improves on the version I’ve seen most often by adding a handle and a selection of ‘targets.’ The toys on the end are a bit big for my cat (she prefers tiny prey, apparently), but it’s easy to swap it out for something she might like, even from another toy.

Kitten loves these!
Honestly the birds by themselves would’ve been a great buy! With the bell and the clips on the end to essentially be able to attach the birds to just about any kind of string is great. My kitten loves to hunt these down!

Our cats love these
This toy combines 2 of our cats favorite things, wands and birds/feathers. The wand/rod comes with 5 attachments (3 feather, 2 birds). Each attachment has a small bell on it as well. Our young cats love physical activity so we love how wand toys bring out their athleticism and hunting instinct. They get lots of playtime and exercise.

WOW!
I will be honest I did not expect such high quality from a cat toy. The wood handle, strong wire end, clasps on the toys to hook them on, and the toys themselves are all very well made. While my cat likes the 2 feather, the 2 birds drive him absolutely insane. He stalks, pounces and has a blast trying to kill them.
