Quiet, easy to use. Charges fast. I bought it for my horse so that I could shave a part of her leg where I have to put medication on. Great that there are no cords to deal with and no loud noises or buzzing. Works well for what I need it for.

Seems like a good quality shaver
I was surprised that there were such a few reviews since it took two rejects before o found something of quality. It is as described and so far it cuts my Havanese smoothly without much noise. Speed is adjustable. Device is waterproof which means o can clean it.

DOG CLIPPERS
Unfortunately I waited too long to return these clippers, but wanted to send a review. When I finally use the Clippers, i found that they appeared to had been used, but most importantly, they are defective in that they DO NOT CUT ON or OFF PROPERLY and little noisier than I expected, BUT, After cleaning and finally getting them to work, I liked these. I would have loved the opportunity to give this seller an AA, but due to the condition, I can’t. If possible, please replace with Non defective UNIT, I would really like the opportunity to rate these NEW and without any defects.

my cat didn’t freak out.
I have a long hair cat that is kinda lazy. Because of this – he does not always groom himself effectively. While I was brushing him last week – which is a feat within itself – I noticed that he was starting to get some matting under his front arms. When I was able to really look around under his belly – I noticed more matting down around his back legs. This kittie ( Monkey) was one of 4 wild kittens that I rescued. When I brought them home – they were covered with ringworm. It took several months to get this cleared up on them all. Because of the ringworm – they were not handled as often as needed to get them completely comfortable with pet’s and snuggles. They still are not super thrilled with contact, and Monkey more so than the others. All that backstory is to get to this point…I have multiple trimmers that I have used in the past. They are all loud and corded. This one is not. It is battery operated and was not loud – at all. Once we were finally able to get our hands on Monkey – and hold him up so that I could get to the matts – turning the trimmer on did not cause a new surge of panic. I was able to easily maneuver the trimmer under his arms and back legs to trim the matts out. I like that you can adjust the depth of the cut on the actual trimmer for a short cut – our use the included guards for a longer cut. The trimmer is a good weight and is well balanced – mostly though, it is not obnoxiously loud. Once we let loose of Monkey, I kept the trimmer on and the noise did not seem to bother him. Over all, I am super happy with this trimmer and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one.

Good For Dogs, Cats, Grandkids, & Husbands, Great Accessories, Decent Enough Function
While I’m not a big fan of push & hold, push multiple times buttons for power & settings, I can usually get used to it — as long as I don’t lose the instructions when I forget how many times to push the button to get it to do what I want.The 2 things that set this trimmer apart from others I’ve bought are (1) the rechargeable/cordless operation, and (2) all the fabulous attachments, including a smaller clipper head attachment for more delicate & narrow areas, like paws or butts or bellies. When you have to do any trimming — animal or human — it’s very nice not to have a cord to deal with.At this odd time in my life I have no dogs, only cats, and a hairy, bearded husband. I also have regularly visiting young grandkids. Sometimes one of my cats has an injury that necessitated me using clippers to treat a wound. The small head attachment and the cordless feature make having to do this much less traumatic for the animal. I’ve also had to use clippers over the years on my own dogs and both friends’ & family’s pets when they ask me to.As far as loudness goes, I don’t find these to be any quieter or any noisier than other clippers I’ve used in the past, and being married to a working drummer, my animals aren’t skittish around loud noises.I’ve always kept my clippers & other tools clean & oiled, so I’d have no trouble using this on my husband when he wants a trim, or on my grandkids either. There are enough attachments that this will work for them all. I am only slightly concerned about the subdued power of this trimmer, which may mean clipping could take longer than it would otherwise, but the variety of attachments and its cordless feature make up for the lower power.I’m giving this 4 stars, which is fair because while I like just about everything so far, I don’t know how durable it will prove to be over time, how long the battery will hold up, or if I’ll run into issues with the 5th or 8th or 10th use. If it does have any problems as I continue to use it, I’ll be sure to come back to update.I hope this helps. Cheers!
