As a human, it took me a couple minutes to understand how it works (because I didn’t look at instruction/video beforehand). The spinner spins the food out when the ball gets pushed. Unfortunately, you cannot control the speed of the spinning.My cat is good at solving puzzles in terms of getting the food out from the hole, but I don’t think she figured out how to use this one yet. She did still manage to eat all the snacks in there by pushing the feeder around the house.
