Thumper LOVES THIS! So do I!Thumper came to us by chance, someone abandoned him, we adopted each other. I’m not sure of his age, but he’s not a terribly young cat. Nevertheless, he does like to play. I was quite happy that when I turned on the ball and placed it inside the mat, after a few moments, the movement caught his attention and he became engaged with the game for a few minutes. That’s a plus!The enclosure seems very well made, so much so that I could not find the opening where to insert the ball. Hubby had to help me. So, if you’re looking for the opening, it’s in a TOP seam, very well concealed. I was quite impressed that especially where the opening is, they stitched it so that it won’t loosen and begin to ravel.The ball… it is powered by a battery that is chargeable and comes with a USB C cable. The ball came with a charge, but I wanted to make sure that it was fully charged. It showed fully charged after charging about an hour and a half.There are three speeds/functions for the ball. Blue, the one I like the best, is the fastest. Purple is slower, and yellow seems to be the slowest. At least that’s my experience. Apparently, if you walk away and leave kitty to play with this alone, it will turn off by itself after five minutes of non-activity. I did not test this feature out yet. I’ll report if it doesn’t work.I didn’t put the decorations on the ball, and it worked well inside the mat, so, it’s optional to use.Overall, I am really impressed with this toy and would give it 10 stars if I could, but, 5 is the limit, and this product earned them. I highly recommend and think it is priced right.

Cat loves it.
my cat was entranced immediately with this and really enjoys playing with it. I like that the “mouse” can be used all over the house or put inside the “bag” to keep it confined to one area. I do wish the opening was a bit smaller or able to be held closed as it does seem to easily zip out of the sack at times. I haven’t figured out how to charge it and the instructions dont seem to give a lot of detail. I can see where to plug it in, but no loghts come on and if you turn it on, it just tries to run…. so possibly I am not doing something correctly.

Not worth it
This toy is a good idea, but has issues. Once you place the ball in the mat it immediately wrinkles and the ball can’t move anymore. My cat was instantly bored, but later came back, found the opening, removed the ball rendering the mat useless. After that it just becomes another toy that gets lost under furniture.

Our Kitty Just LOVES This!
Oh wow, this is an amazing toy! Our cat absolutely loves it, and gets really into playing with it! When we want to play with it, we let our three dogs outside because they think the toy is theirs, LOL, and so our kitty gets a good session of playing with this! And in fact when we do put them outside in the run, our very intelligent kitty reminds us that it’s time to play!!

My cat can be pretty picky when it comes to toys, but he almost immediately started to play with this toy. What I really like about this toy is how interactive it is for my cat to play with almost like it’s “life like” he absolutely loves chasing the ball even outside of its original area I used it on the ground over carpet and it’s super easy to wash, it off. It’s super entertaining for them and for you to watch them play! I have used it all day and so far I haven’t had to charge it yet. The quality is great, and it’s easy to follow the instructions. I would highly recommend this to a fellow cat parent who needs something new to try out.

Cat LOVES it!
Of several $30-40 toys I’ve tried for my cat, this is still the clear winner for both of us! ~3 weeks later & still no contest. My cat’s never lost interest. The noise isn’t obnoxious. It’s just big enough to not go under the stove, fridge etc & get stuck. It gets out from under larger gaps by itself. The battery lasts for more than 2 days on a charge. In fact I’ve never seen it die; I just recharge it anyway. No problem recommending it.

MY CATS LOVE THIS TOY! I got 6….several have disappeared, but I’ll find them when I move. HOURS of fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
