Took some setup work but is holding strong.
I was almost about to give up on this but then suddenly the cat decided to start using it and using it every day. The assembly was kind of odd and getting the suction cups to work took a good deal of effort so I might have taken a star off for that but so far this has now survived several Orange Cat attacks so A+ on durability. We have two orange tabby cats and they go on crazy tears around the house and now fight over the window seat (though it holds both of them in the rare occasions they get along). After the first attack I was sure it would come flying off the window but even now after daily trials it remains stuck. When I first set it up I put the cat directly into it and he didn’t take right away though he sat in that same window before the shelf. Took about a week for him to venture back in but now him and his brother both can be found there daily. Not sure exactly the trick to get it to stick though cleaning the window down and then immediately sticking the cups seemed to be what finally made it stick.

Cozy and Easy-to-Install Cat Window Hammock
I love this cat window hammock! It was super easy to assemble, and once installed, it works great—my cat absolutely loves lounging in it and watching the world outside. Just be sure to measure your window before ordering, as I originally planned to install it on one window but had to switch to another because it was too large. The suction cups hold strong, and it provides a sturdy and comfy perch for my cat. If you’re looking for a great way to give your kitty a sunny lounging spot, this is a fantastic choice!

Just a fraction of an inch longer than my windows
I thought this would be the ideal window seat for my cats to watch the world go by from. It was hard to put together, especially at the corners & the very last corner was a challenge. The instructions were clear (except for the “white” poles – all my poles are black) & easy to follow. The unit was assembled quickly, despite having to wrestle with it, & the intended window cleaned as suggested. However, when we set it up, I found that the perch was a shade too long, & the suction cup wouldn’t compress. I tried the outside of the catio door (in photo), & while I had to place one of the suction cups on the painted surface, the other 3 adhered to the window tightly. It appears to be unmoving, & I’m able to shut the door easily. I can open the blinds in the door so the lounging cat can observe me. I’m hopeful that this unusual attachment job will work.

Great Product
This is a top notch product. I could not believe how strong this was. I had bought one of these previously and it was so weak, my dog couldn’t use it for anything. But this one he could use all day and it wouldn’t budge. the design is very clever and there is really no way for it to fail. And the suction cups are surprisingly strong. I thought that would be the part that failed first, but there is no way the suction cups are coming un done. Use this with confidence, this is a great product.

Perfect for cats who love windows
Our two cats love to stare out of the window for hours at a time so, when the opportunity to review this hammock it was excited. Assembly was straight forward as all the parts for the frame friction fit together and the only trouble was getting the last T connector in place. Even with the last T connector being a bit tricky the overall assembly took about 5 minutes total. The quality is sufficient for the purpose of holding an average size cat and the mesh that makes up the hammock feels durable. The only thing I would advise is to let the suction cups set for a while before letting your cats loaf as there could be a possibility of them falling from the suction cups coming loose.
