My Shedding Cat Loves It – and So Do I! Total Game-Changer for Pet Hair Control!
I bought the Nrefpun 2-Pack Pet Hair Remover set mainly because my cat Love sheds like it’s her full-time job — fur on the couch, the carpet, even floating through the air. I’ve tried everything from lint rollers to vacuum attachments, but this duo right here? Total win.First off, the banana-shaped remover is actually fun to use. It’s ergonomic and works shockingly well on my couch, cushions, and rugs — it grabs and lifts hair with minimal effort. It’s reusable and doesn’t get clogged like those sticky rollers. I’ve even used it on clothes before running out the door!But the real MVP? The grooming glove. I didn’t think Love would tolerate it (she’s picky), but to my surprise, she absolutely adores it. The moment I slip the glove on, she comes running. It works perfectly during bath time and regular brushing sessions — gently removing loose fur while giving her what feels like a massage. Fussy cat approved!
I have a cat with Feline Hyperesthetic Disorder: basically, he’s very easily overstimulated and physical touch overwhelms him. He gets the “skin tickles” and runs through the house, lashing his tail and biting at himself. He’ll bite when pet or brushed because it’s too much. Because of this, he’s never been groomed.Unfortunately, he’s now aging and has thyroid disease. Seemingly as a result of his hormonal disorder, his coat has changed dramatically. He’s short-haired, but suddenly he has an enormous amount of undercoat and sheds like ANYTHING. It’s to the point where not only is my home covered in fur, he’s started gagging on mouthfuls of his own hair while attempting to groom.I’ve tried every brush I can find, but no matter how soft, he will not tolerate grooming. One or two strokes, and I get the twitchy-tail and dilated pupils that tell my my hand is in jeopardy.I decided to try this glove and banana as an alternative to a “real” brush. I tried the banana first, and what do you know, he tolerated it! It doesn’t do much for fur removal, but all of my cats seem to enjoy the way it feels.The moment of truth: I tried the glove. I waited until he asked for affection, then brought it out. He eyed it with suspicion, and froze when it touched him. I hesitantly gave him a few gentle strokes… he stayed frozen… he started to relax… then he gave me a head-bonk. He let me stroke him nearly a dozen times before deciding he’d had enough, and it got a nice thick coating of fur out of him!The downside to the glove is that because the silicone nubs on it are so small, it doesn’t hold a lot of fur before the stuff starts flying everywhere. If you’re looking to help a cat shed without making a mess, this isn’t the item for you.If, however, you’re looking to help shed a cat who will not tolerate brushing, this does indeed do the trick.

Mitt too large for 90% of population
I have a long haired cat that sheds everywhere. I thought this might help as the brush doesnt seem to pick up the loose hair very well. First of all, the mitt is HUGE! I mean, I know I have small hands but these are every very loose on my husband and he wears an XL glove. The velcro around the wrist does keep it on, my its hard to maneuver due to my hand swimming in it. It does work some on his hair but not as well as I had hoped. And dont get me started on the banana. I think its supposed to be a cat comb, its already in the trash.

Works Wonders on My Short-Haired Dog!
I am absolutely floored by how well this grooming set works. I used it on my short-haired Great Dane, not expecting to get much off of him. I was wrong. The banana-shaped comb, in particular, pulled off an unbelievable amount of fur. When I finished, there was honestly enough hair on the floor to sculpt a chihuahua.The best part? My dog, who normally hates being brushed, actually stood still and seemed to enjoy it. The tools feel like good quality and are clearly very effective. Highly, highly recommend!

Cheaply made
Yeah. Not the best wusality. It’s tough to get the hair out of the glove brush, honestly, you may as well just throw it away afterwards. The bristles came all messed up and folded over. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Actually effective!
I’m giving 4 stars for the set – the banana doesn’t work super well on most surfaces, outside of extremely stiff carpet like in the hatch of a vehicle. The glove though? Omg.I have a GSD and when it’s too hot/cold outside I still need to be able to tackle his shedding. This works great in conjunction with other deshedding tools to wrangle the huge fur clumps from going all over my house. He enjoys the feeling of it, too, and the pink color makes the hair super easy to see and remove.It’s also a quite large glove and fits on my husbands hands just fine (6’4 guy, pretty big hands lol). I couldn’t be happier with it because I’ve had lots of gloves like this that just don’t work.One thing I will say is I don’t think cats appreciate this type of thing too much. But! If you have a dog with a long tail/long hair, you’ll be thrilled to have a tool that effortlessly collects hair off such a sensitive region.

Cats don’t know how easy it is to get them into being groomed.They think you are just petting them but you are actually grooming them.Helping them from shedding so much fur all over.You have to start is short grooming sessions.By a weeks time, they are begging you to groom them.This groom glove works really well. It helps prevent shedding while keeping my kitties coat shiny and pretty.She loves it and so do I. It’s bonding time with her.This one also came with a cute banana comb.
