I have a Tight Curled Golden Doodle with very Thick Hair and These Clippers Cut Him Like Butter! One of the Best I’ve Used and I’ve Used a Lot!They Especially work well Cutting through Matted Hair.Also love the Length of cord and the noise level is not loud at all. Yes they are very easy to use

I have a golden doodle with tight curly textured fur. She recently got into a container of baby formula which got very sticky when we attempted to was it out. She was extremely matted and these clippers did the trick! Went straight through her mats. 10/10 recommend! She is used to the groomer but I did notice how quiet these were. You can adjust the speed which should make it easier on pups who may have anxiety.

For an at home clipper this is awesome, the low vibration really helps with my terrified Yorkie. The double headed guides help with keeping track of less pieces and to quickly change grades. There so many good qualities to many to mention, I would definitely encourage anyone to buy this.

Not so great….I don’t recommend it
I need a clipper to cut curly bernedoodle hair.The good-plenty of powerComfortable handleEasy to maneuverLong cord not a problemQuiet enough not to bother my dogsEasy to switch bladesEasy to switch thickness/length combsCuts very smooth and well- except (see below)The bad-On/off switch placed right where I hold it so it’s always turning off and on in useNo blade replacement have to buy another unit if you need to replace bladesSince I can’t buy replacement blades only getting 2 was not near enough (needs about 20 blades to insure enough usefulness to be worth the money)Hair gets jammed in-between the blade and clip-on thickness/length guides CONSTANTLY! then it stops cutting and starts pulling hair, no fun!When it jams with hair it heats up very fast! Again no fun!During 1 use on 1 dog ceramic teeth showed signs of breaking and wear.During 2x using it the motor housing started to vibrate looseThen the rubbery silicone grip started to loosen tooConclusionAfter 2 dogs being groomed 2 x both blades are used upThe housing is loose tightening it rotated the on off switch to be more of a nuisanceThe plastic combs became too loose to be effective because the hair jammed so quickly.Bottom line- 2 stars because it did cut very smooth and nice initially but it went down hill way to soon for the money.
