Great for the weird short coats!
I have a mutt at home, a large breed with a strange short double coat. It’s one of those weird slippery coats that never seems to want to give up the hair, but somehow sheds EVERYWHERE. He is also very skittish and will run from most handled brushes and combs. He does however LOVE to be pet. I get this thing damp and give him ALL the pets, which he loves, and I have to stop several times to pull the hair pile out of this and keep on petting. The design is pretty genius with the soft flexible brush and the adjustable hand strap, which means it will fit any hand and curve to your dog’s body during brushing. The bristles are a little stiff but not so much that my dog tries to escape them. Cleaning it is pretty easy too, its rubber so I just brush the hair off or rinse it under the hose and shake it off. As far as durability I think it will last a long time if I never let my dog use it as a chew toy. I am really impressed over all with how much hair this thing pulls off my dog, and it helps reduce the amount of dog hair I have permeating my entire house.

Thin curry brushes good for massage, brushing, or sudsing up short-haired pets
There are two thin silicone brushes in this package. The handle gets snapped together via the five holes / two nubs. The brushes are decent and have a multitude of uses other than the obvious. They feel good in my hands during use as well. Since the brush is thin, it molds to the pet’s body. However, these are best used on short-haired pets. POTENTIAL USES- To suds up short-haired pets during their baths.- As a cleaning brush for hard vegetables like corn (the silks) and potatoes.- As a pet hair pick-up brush by rubbing it across a surface the pets lay on–such as couches, carpets, etc. – As a pet massager or pet brush for short-haired pets. These types of brushes are not as good with longer hair due to the risk of some tangling if hair is scrubbed too vigorously.The current price of $5.39 comes to $2.70 per thin brush.
