Great for keeping your firball close
This is a very nice idea to keep your cat closer to you while they rest off of you. Your really do need to have the right sized thickness on the desk you attach it to. When you attach it to a desk that meets the guidelines it fits well and stays in place. My cat likes it and as most cats like to rest perched up over the room. It’s made of a very soft material and looks very nice and modern. I feel like the mat is well secured to the base with the Velcro. I disagree with a previous review. You need to be able to take this off to clean every so often. What I am worried about and why I did not give it 5 stars is because I’m not confident in the clasp that attaches it to the desk. I feel it should have came with adaptors and or protectors. I wouldn’t want to attach to a nice desk without protecting the wood. A silicon protector would help with slipping if it get hit so I may look into incorporating something like this. My cat digs his clawa into my when he’s on my lap and I’m petting him. Now I can put him in a safe good position to be off of me and still pet him and that’s great.

Purr-fectly Ingenious Cat Throne for Your Desk!
If you’ve got a furry overlord who insists on being part of every Zoom call or insists on supervising your keyboard strokes, this 360° Rotating Cat Bed is exactly what you never knew you needed but now can’t live without! I mounted this plush little cat hammock under my desk, and let me tell you, it’s the VIP suite for my cat.First off, the metal frame feels like it could hold a small elephant, let alone my 14-pound cat who thinks he’s a lion. It’s rated for up to 50 pounds — so unless your cat’s been hitting the all-you-can-eat buffet, you’re covered. The 19.68” bed gives them plenty of room to stretch, and the rotating feature is a game changer: my cat can survey the entire office without moving his royal behind. He spins around like a tiny, judgmental carousel.The adjustable mount works perfectly for most desks, and I love the 10” height range so I could get it just right. The plush pad is soft, easy to remove, and washable — a must when your feline sheds like it’s going out of style.One small nitpick: if your desk surface isn’t super sturdy, you might notice a bit of wobble when your cat launches into it with the enthusiasm of a circus performer. But once settled, it’s rock solid.Overall, this cat perch has turned my home office into a luxury cat condo. Nice product but poor quality control
This cat bed feels sturdy and was fairly easy to set up. However my cats seem to be rejecting it…which is not the product’s fault.I knocked off a star as in the instructions they recommend using the outside holes for attaching the metal arm to the base of the bed. However, as you can see in my photo the quality control is lacking and there was clearly issues making it impossible to use the outside holes. It would also be helpful to have more than one of the non-slip pads incase you end up wanting to move the bed. It’s very necessary as it slid off my desk despite being tightened without the non-slip pad.Update: Good old fashioned bribery with treats worked and my 15.5lb cat is currently snoozing away in his new bed! Its a bit of a tight fit, but he doesn’t seem to mind :)Update #2: Changed from 4 to 3 stars. My cats have started to use this bed and they like it, so that’s great! However the sides to the bed have no support. My cats are a bit hefty (15.5 lbs and 13lbs) and when they lay in it, they end up pushing the sides down. If they stretch too much, they actually fall out of the bed as the sides have nothing supporting them. Ive attached a photo of the sides being pushed down by Lady Gwen (Grey & orange cat) and believe the only reason she hasn’t fallen yet is that the cat bed is actually resting on a shelf I have on my desk, which is providing extra support. Also my bigger cat, Sir Elwood, shown also only staying in the bed due to the shelf its resting on. A little side support would go a long way for this product.

Works well, could look better
Pretty decent. Quality is good, fit and finish could use a little work. Assembly is easy and straightforward, the cat bed is secure on the podium, and the cat likes it lol. The piece of wood that the cat bed mounts to is raw and visible even with the bed on it so it makes it look a little cheap and unfinished, that’s really the only improvement I think it needs.

ReviewsByMuseAssembly of this desk bed was a little trickier than most, but much more solidly supported. Two layers of half inch MDF support the metal bracket that fits underneath the bed and connects to the pole arm. All holes lined up when assembling. Here is the breakdown of my review.Likes:The bed cushion is super soft and plush. Bolster is quite deep.Layered MDF is strong supporting the bed.Metal arm is cantilevered well.Clamp for the desk is strong with a good support base and protective felt.Powder coat on the metal is good and doesn’t scratch.Dislikes:The bed is connected to the MDF support by four strips of hook and loop fastener. It’s tight but question the longterm strength of that attachment.The base MDF is two halves that are connected with the square second layer of MDF.The screw dials to tighten the vertical pipe to the clamp, and the cantilever arm to the pipe, are plastic and can be easily overtightened.

Kitties are going to love their new bed.
Must not have had enough coffee when I ordered this. I’ve always wanted one of these for our office desk. However, the two current desks are older antiques. They won’t allow the clamp. I’ll be adding a new desk next month. For now I just wanted to say this is great quality. Everything is built well. Not cheap. The bed is plush and comfy. Love the look, not too obtrusive. Keeps the bed off the floor making it easier to vac – cats like heights anyway. The size is great, most of my cats will fit. And I know the bigger ones will make it work. Hopefully they will now keep of the keyboard.
