Very stiff/firm
Bed is extremely FIRM, almost stiff. My 18lb pup does not seem to like it. The cover zipper arrived open about 5”. It was also stuck in that position. Had to roll and smash the now expanded bed through it to complete…. With the 5” sipper gap still open. Not an inexpensive loss.

Comfortable
This is the perfect size bed for my Morkie, straight out of the package my dog immediately took to it. The bed fluffed up quickly after unboxing and apparently is very comfortable to sleep on. Definitely would buy again if she destroys it but so far it seems very durable.
