Very disappointed in product quality
Very disappointed. The description sounds great….exactly what I wanted for my little 9# Chihuahua with problem back legs to get on and off the bed. Unfortunately, the product does not live up to the description. The “high friction” fabric is very light weight (like a sheet). The foam density is much lighter than other foam steps and was wobbly for even my Chi….although it says it supports 60#. The stair treads don’t have velcro and the instructions talk about glue. Finally, the flat surface of the steps is barely 6″, making the top steps particularly difficult if configured for the 28″ height. I love the concept, but the product quality totally missed the mark for me.

These are the tallest pet stairs I could find and they work great for my miniature Daschund since I have a very tall bed, but they really need to expend for over 24h to get the full potential, otherwise they’ll still feel too soft (after 4-5h they were still wobbly) Note that the product pictures aren’t on point and the anti-slip part that is on the stairs actually goes actually under each level facing the floor, otherwise if you follow the product pictures, you will see that nothing stays in place and everything will fall apart, which can be risky for your furry kid once they walk up the stairs.
