Better than I first thought
It is very light weight and does feel kind of cheap. But it does seem to work well. The instructions, if you can interpret them, are not very clear. So, experiment with it. I found just pushing and pulling over the area multiple times seems to work well, butter than the first time I tried it. Don’t just push it or pull it, that didn’t do anything for me. But it did pick up hair quite well with back and forth moves.

I have an 80 lb. short-haired dog that is a heavy shedder. In my quest to keep dog hair at bay, I have tried all sorts of different cleaning tools. This brush by Statidom does a pretty good job at picking up hair, with some caveats.This product comes in two different color choices. I opted for the model with the blue handle and, in person, it looks nearly identical to the images shown online. The item comes as two parts (the brush head and handle) that need to be assembled upon arrival. It took several tries for me to get the handle to fully click into place on the brush. I was afraid of pushing too hard as the handle doesn’t have the greatest construction. It is comprised of two separate pieces that appear to be snapped together as opposed to a single, molded handle. The “seams” on mine gapped in some places. Also, the handle is made of extremely lightweight plastic, giving it a rather flimsy feel.As for overall effectiveness, this brush does well, but on smooth surfaces only. It didn’t pick up a single hair (even when I was being forceful) when I tested it on the sofa in my living room, which features a nubby texture. It also didn’t work on a low-pile carpeted stair runner. However, it did great when I used it on a smooth, microfiber sofa cover.At the time of ordering and review, this tool was priced at $12.99. Personally, I think that is a little on the high side considering the overall quality and mixed performance.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This Pet Hair Remover Brush is as pictured and described. It actually works well on removing pet hair from my furniture! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, so as you can imagine there is a lot of fur on everything. My vacuum cleaner attachments don’t work so I needed something to help with that and this does the trick. Impressive!

Removes Hair as Advertised
This brush truly delivers on its promise! It’s incredibly simple to use: just drag the head back and forth, and the hair collects efficiently in the middle. Cleaning is just as easy – simply remove the collected “tubes” of hair, and it’s ready to go. I was genuinely amazed (and a little disgusted!) by how much fur and hair this tool pulled from my couch that I couldn’t even see. After seeing the sheer volume of hair it collected, it was a bit unsettling to think about guests sitting on it! I now use this tool almost every day, and it’s incredibly effective at keeping the fur at bay. The attached “gross” pictures really do show how well it works!

Light weight easy to use
Simple plastic frame, easy pop in handle. As long as the hair is not imbedded it works very easy, takes a bit more use to get the trapped hair. Great for a quick pet hair clean up, easy to remove the hair from the pad, comes clean smoothly. This brush doesn’t roll, it is flat and you push -pull to get the hair to release from fabric.

It’s alright
It works alright if the cat hair is right on the surface, but it doesn’t dig the hair out from the carpet. It does ball the hair up the way it describes, although it doesn’t quite stick to the brush, so you’ll still have to pick it up off the carpet. It works better on clothes than furniture/carpets.

Does an Okay Job
This does an okay job of removing pet hair from clothes and fabrics. The lint brushes look like they should perform well, but it just wasnt picking up as much hair as I would have liked. The handle is a little cheap and the whole brush feels a little on the cheap side. It works best if you brush in one direction, even though there are brushes for both directions on the pad. When you’re done, just wipe the hair/lint off the brush horizontally.

I’ve been living with cats since 1993, so I’ve been through quite a few brushes. I’m going to be using this for cleaning up cat beds and furniture, not clothing.The brush must be used in a back and forth direction, which will cause the hairs to gather in the center groove for easy removal. This works quite well on hard surfaces, but on some soft surfaces the hair will cover the whole brush. Just swipe it back and forth on a hard surface, and the hairs will move to the center.The manufacturer recommends wetting the brush first, but I don’t intend to do that. It works well enough dry. (Wetting your hand will pull a lot of hair off your clothing.)This is a fantastic brush. I can quickly and easily clean up my and my cats’ furniture. Of course it doesn’t pull embedded hair. I’ve yet to see a brush that will. Highly recommended. Works fast.
