These scissors are amazing. I’ve been grooming my own dogs for years and finally decided on these curved scissors. What a difference it makes in grooming! They are very sharp and maneuverable. Highly recommend them!

The blades would hit one another. Frustrating to use unfortunately.
My wife was very pleased to finally receive these scissors, as our previous blending shears are no longer available. These are sharp, lightweight scissors with a good length. They initially performed well, but the blades began to come into contact with each other, causing fur to become caught between the toothed blades. She attempted to adjust the screw, but it did not resolve the issue. I observed her frustration because, when properly aligned, the sharpened edges of the blades should slide smoothly against each other when the handles are brought together. However, this is not occurring. As shown in the attached picture, there are visible signs where the blades have impacted one another. Consequently, she has stopped using the scissors due to her frustration. The intention is good, but it falls short when it comes to function.

I ordered these chunker shears,because I have a poodle with very thick fur. They came in a very nice case and upon first impression looked very expensive. The finish is nice and shiny. The blade is very sharp. The screw in the middle is easy to turn and grasp, and is even beautifully decorated with tiny diamonds. These shears slice through thick dog fur perfectly, and without any pulling or tugging, which I always wanna be aware of because it makes my dog feel really uncomfortable and then she won’t sit still. I can’t think of any criticism for this product. Well worth the money would definitely recommend. I’ve done a bit of research and they are comparable to designer dog grooming shears that can cost up to hundreds of dollars. These are high quality shears, for a great price.

I like the extra tangs / tabs at the finger hole end as it makes it easier to use these. I found them to be perfectly sharp and worked as they should.
