What cat litter should I use?
We know that the litter box filters out clumping litter and retains it, so we recommend granular clumping litter rather than strips (strips or clumps won’t pass through the filter).
Why does the litter box make a mess inside after spinning?
Due to the type of litter, some cat litters are slow to clump, which can cause a mess if the litter box starts to spin. We recommend setting the cleanup time to 5-15 minutes after the cat comes out (you can set this in the mobile app).
Why has my litter box started spinning on its own and won’t stop?
When powered on initially, the device undergoes a 1 to 3-minute self-test. In addition, the litter box must be placed on a hard and flat ground. Do not place a blanket under it, which will cause the litter box to rotate abnormally.

Tuna Smart App
My cat potty arrived a day early which was awesome. Setup was easy nothing to do outside reading the box. That being said setting up the app not so easy. So here is a step by step play. Download the Tuya smart app, then turn the wifi on the cat box then pair with your Bluetooth. Then open app and click on the + button up in the right-hand corner and follow the next step the app tells you and there you have your potty on your phone. I hope this help I jad to you on YouTube. Multiple cat beneficial
Love this product so much. Helpful with messes from multiple cats. Currently fostering 6 cats and 2 kitttens. Easily change the bag every 3 days. Has a deodorizer which works great on smells after used. Easy to clean and set up. However, if disabled or I have weak shoulders or arms, I would highly recommend asking someone to assist to remove from box or use a box cutter. A little heavy to carry, but that’s to be expected, with the item being as large as it is. Overall, I’ve been using this items for a month now and it hasn’t broken down and I love it.

Not too bad, instructions could have been better
The litter box requires some trial and error to figure out how everything works. The instructions could have been more comprehensive and complete. Plus, the app isn’t intuitive or easy to figure out. It keeps texting me every time it does something. Other than those issues, it’s easier than scooping and cleaning a regular litter box.

Buy a different one
I really was hoping this purchase would be worth it but so far has been unhelpful. I can’t speak to anyone from their customer service. When it self cleans it just dumps litter into trash bag. I set it up and within 40 minutes all the litter was in the trash bags and the cats had never even used it. Instructions are not clear.

Good Value Item!
Good, easy to assemble and use and empty and clean. Works well. A little smaller than what I would consider a good size. It works well on odor but does not remove all odor! Good design. Over all a good value for your money.
