Nice Quality Protective Cover Blanket
I am very pleased with this machine washable protective covering for couches and beds for dogs. It is a nice large size that is suitable for protecting your couch or bed from dog nails and shedding hair, or even as a floor mat, which is how I’ve been using it since my dog cannot jump onto furniture due to health reasons. The material is soft for your dog to enjoy yet durable to protect what it needs to and it is very easy to spot clean which I’ve had to do a few times or toss in a washing machine for a deeper clean, which I have also done and it came out perfectly. Since this cover is fairly priced, it would be beneficial to order multiple so you will always have a clean one on hand to switch it out with when you need to. I like it so much I definitely plan to order another.

Protects guests from hairy bums.
I have a white, very hairy GR mix. If you come to my house, you will leave with dog hair. Sorry. This, however, will allow me to save a seat for any poor soul who visits wearing black. I can lay it over a couch or chair and whisk away any of Pupper’s magical fibers of love. It is large enough to cover half the length and width of a queen-sized bed or the horizontal surface of a couch. It is not wide enough to cover an entire couch, but you can turn it to cover an area large enough for a fairly large dog to lie on. I plan to use one to cover his bed to make it easier to clean. Will this solve all your dog hair needs- no, but it will keep your guests from walking away with a furry bum. It looks to be “heat quilted,” which I appreciate because there are no threads to catch on claws. It is lightweight but sturdy with a nice, soft surface. This will work great in the car- getting dog hair out of my upholstery is nigh impossible. I will get a lot of use from this Dog bed cover.

Basically a nice moving blanket. Doesn’t stay put on the couch
This blanket works for its intended purpose of keeping pet hair off, but it doesn’t stay put, and doesn’t have silicone beads on one side to keep it in place, so it slides off the couch when it’s used (i.e. definitely not “non slip”). It’s basically like a quilted moving blanket, but made of better material, and much better quality. Nice blanket, but not worth the price IMO.

Versatile!
This cover/protector is amazing! The quality is great! I got this to keep in the trunk of my car for those times you need a blanket for sitting out on the grass at a picnic or at the drive in or whatever else you might need to protect yourself or something from the ground/ getting dirty. It’s perfect for throwing over your seats to keep them clean from dirty pup paws and hair! The fabric is sturdy enough that it cleans up really well and protects what’s underneath but is still soft to the touch. This is an all around great blanket/cover/protector to have for so many uses and the size is perfect!

Thin Quilt
Amazon Basics quilted cover is much thinner than I expected. The fabric is nice, but thin and without any cushioning. The tag is sewn so that it is visible when the darker grey color is showing. I’ll bet that tag would be a great thing to chew and rip up for a dog. Even though this quilt has silicone dots to prevent slipping, they are not effective in keeping this quilt in place. I do not think they are thick enough, since they are barely visible. The quilt held up well after machine washing and drying on warm without any shrinkage or fading. The quality of this quilt for a cost value of $22.99 is too high. I will use this quilt on my pup’s bed, but would not purchase it again.

Very thin and not that soft
Very thin if it is supposed to protect a couch from big dog nails and the like. My dog also will not lay on this because it makes him itchy, so it must feel scratchy or something because it isn’t the softest blanket in the world.

Great for couch and his dog trailer as well.
Good quality and soft material is what I was looking for my dog and this fits the bill quite well.I folded the cover over to give it extra softness and he took to it right away.I also use it for bedding in the bottom of his dog trailer along with a pillow when we go on long weekend rides.I have also used it to catch grass clippings when I bring in my Segway robot mower inside to inspect it at night.And finally, this should make a great moving blanket as well.Amazon basics so it should last. Recommended.
