Works great! Once set I only have to fill once a week so a great time saver. It comes apart pretty easy so cleaning is easy. It’s not heavy. Overall a good value. I wish I had a record button but it’s not a deal breaker. I have it set up in my shed for the 2 feral cats that I have been feeding. They were quick to learn the sound it makes when it disperses.

So easy to set up
I love this. It’s so easy to set up. Quiet. Uses AA batteries.My only reason for 4 stars is two of my cats were able to get the twist lock lid off in less than 24 hours after putting food in it.I taped the lid on but that’s not ideal for refilling etc. But. I love this feeder so much I don’t care.

Motor died after 2 weeks
Set up for twice a day feedings. I only have one cat and wanted to have a way to feed her without pestering our neighbors to check on her twice daily and feed her. This worked well for a week. I went away and it broke at some point during that time. The app continued to say it was working but it wasn’t. I bought a Pixi at Petsmart and don’t regret spending more than double the price of this product. It works perfectly and has for months.

Weird app, and false description
The app you have to download is a while smart home app for other products. Seems like a lot for one thing. And the app forces you to use your exact location to use it. So just to dispense food you have to use an unrelated app and your precise location.Also the description of the product says that the smallest serving size is 1/24 of a cup. The smallest size this thing dispenses is half a cup. Not great if you’re actually trying to control feeding habits
