After washing the drawer , place it in a ventilated place and dry it thoroughly before using it again.
How to Clean the Cat litter box
Follow the arrow 1 and the arrow 2 direction remove the entire drum.
Use the broom and dustpan to clean up the cat litter leakage on the base.
Wash the inside of the drum with clear water.
Note:After washing the drum, place it in a ventilated place and dry it thoroughly before using it again.
Before use the cat litter box,remove the cat litter clearing frame according to the arrow direction as shown in the figure, and keep it properly.
Before cleaning the drum with water , you need to empty the remaining cat litter in the drum . Install the cat litter clearing frame on the entrance/exit according to the arrow direction before emptying cat litter procedure . Note :It must be buckled in place.

The device has an infrared monitor at the entrance/exit of the cat ,when the cat is in /out which can be detected.
The clean task will be suspended if the infrared is obscured during clean to protect the cat .
Please keep the infrared monitor panel clean during use to avoid monitoring errors.
When cleaning the drum and removing it, you can pour out the cat litter by rotating the manual cleaning port in the direction shown in the illustration.

I would give this thing negative stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST product I have ever purchased from anywhere. PEE LEAKS EVERYWHERE. If you’re thinking, oh I saw some reviews that said that, but it’s probably just user error or a bad batch- WRONG. THEY ALL SUCK.It leaked urine in the most horrible way that I actually missed scooping out my litter box every day. We followed package setup instructions exactly and used excellent clumping litter, and it was still a nightmare. If it had been outside of my return window, I would’ve thrown this thing out of a moving car and proceeded to put the remaining broken pieces in a wood chipper.Seriously- whoever made this product either 1) doesn’t understand anything about engineering or product testing 2) hates people and wants their house to smell like cat pee. The WORST part is, without the other reviews, I would’ve never even thought to check under the barrel piece of the litter box to check for pee, and I probably would’ve gone insane trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. I’m so mad at y’all for this BS product. Get a grip.

i wish i had bought this sooner!! extremely affordable, and works like a charm! this product stays in our room , it is quiet and the air purifier helps the box to not smell!i previously saw someone have issues with this leaking, so as soon as i got it, i put a sealant in the inside crack to prevent ever having that issue.will purchase this product again and again, well worth the bang for your buck!

I bought this to help my family keep a cleaner cat box. It was easy to set up and easy to understand how to use. But most of the features requires you to buy a subscription. It still works fine without that. The issue we have is litter sticks to it more than we thought it would. We have tried a couple different things and different litters to fix that but liquid drains down and clumps to the drum. It’s still much easier than cleaning traditional boxes that three cats use. If I can find a way to keep waste from sticking to the inside it would be the best thing I’ve ever spent $300 on.

So quiet!
This is my third brand of different automatic litter boxes and this one is by far the quietest! It is very large which is good for the cats and the wast hin is large which is nice for me. But its not that pretty that it would be kept out in open for everyone to see. It reminds me of the older large office printers so its not the prettiest but I like it more than my litter robot and the els pet. I like both of those but this one is my favorite so far. Imthe sensors work well and sometimes too well as it took a few days for my cats to understand they need to stop trying to “ride” it while its cleaning lol. It has a nice large dsiplay screen on the front of the unit which displays the weight of the cats so you can track who is using it and when. The app is the same app i use for my vacuum robot so that was nice! I have had it less than a month but have not had any issues with leaking as stating in other reviews. If still great in a few months I will be purchasing another when on sale. Great deal for under 300!

I wasn’t prepared for how bulky this thing is. I knew it would be larger than a typical box, but wow. Check the dimensions and the space where you plan on putting it. Be mindful of your power source. The plug is on the back right of the unit & I need an extension cord to power it.Cats were not happy initially, but are taking to it fairly well.CONS: the app – is garbage. After no less than 1 dozen attempts to connect the deviceto Bluetooth, the app kept kicking me out before I could even enter my WiFi info.If you’re getting this for the app, don’t bother.The printed instructions are wordy without actually saying much.I wanted to know how long it would take for the self-cleaning mode to activate.That’s nowhere to be found.Is it worth the cost? Time will tell.Buy extra bags. The stench in the drawer is something else. Yeahhh, I know…. Cat pee and poop STINK.they especially stink if they sit in a drawer for longer than a day.
