Great with my Fibromyalgia.
Ive used this now for a short while, and I am happy with it. Scooping the litter was getting to be to hard on me physically so the switch was nessasary. It took some time for my cats to get used to the switch. The movement was off putting to them at first. But enough time around it with me manually activating the cleaning seems to have helped them get used to the process.Even my bigger cat manages it really well. (He’s somewhere between 16-18 pounds) The weighing feature doesn’t seem to work well for me, but I wasn’t even aware of it when I purchased so nothing lost there.The litter does seem to collect in one area of the bottom pan, but I haven’t had trouble with any poop smearing. I’ve just been changing the bag a little more often than was advertised. Still WAY better than scooping a regular box.I only notice a smell when the bag is ready to be changed. Way less often than with any other regular box I have used.Took time and quite a bit effort to set up but not the worst set up of anything I’ve done.

Quick cleanup and no odors!
I LOVE the Catcool Automatic Litter Cleaner! I honestly don’t know how we had two cats in our home without it. I had the worst issue with odor and thanks to Catcool, problem solved. Their odor elimination system works awesome-zero odors and there is a hint of a pleasant odor, which I read afterward, is from their fragrance system, also designed to ensure a fresh smelling area. I clean once every 4-5 days, and it takes only a few minutes to change the bag, wipe the stair and sweep around it-if necessary. I love the easy-to-use App I downloaded on my phone and appreciate that it lets me know how often, or little, my fur babies are going. I researched automatic litter cleaners and while the price of the Catcool is not as high as some of the other ones, it does exactly what I wanted and needed it to do, which other pricier ones offer also. With a large family, the litter issue is one less thing I worry about. Thank you CatCool for making my life easier!

*”**”Update”*** I should have given the seller a chance to make good. Even on great products like this sometimes something goes wrong when it is being assembled. It happens. I got that one lemon. I should have given the seller a chance to make good on fixing my dilema. Well they are and got back to me pretty quick. I appreciate a company that cares about their customers and wants to make good on a problem. Some companies won’t. I will be confident to purchase from them in the future knowing that if something should go wrong they have my back. Good job!This barely worked for a month. It kept stopping and I had to try different stuff like restarting it and pulling plug and plugging back in. Not sure if cat poop was getting stuck so I tried cleaning it with a damp sponge and a brush I got with another cat box. It worked for 3 days now no color at all and flashes no color once in a while.. This morning it completely died. I bought this in middle of March this year. It was easier doing it the old fashioned way. These machines are NOT easier. Can I return this? It should have at least made it a year for what I paid for it. I need a box sent here though to return it.

Big design flaw, Beware. Depending on your needs and space it could be great.
To start, this does exactly what it’s supposed to do but with one HORRIBLE design flaw which makes cleaning this that much worse.Here’s the design flaw. I wish I had pictures but I’ll do my best to explain. You have the outside portion (what you see) and then you have an internal portion (I’ll call this the “tumbler”) which is what rotates in order to sift the poop and move it to the waste basket. The waste basket is probably 8×10 and 2-3 inches tall (maybe). Maybe our cat just poops in the EXACT same spot each time or maybe the way the thing sifts and rotates places the poop in the same place each time, idk. What I do know is that after 3-4 poops you can have a small “mountain” of poop in the bin which isn’t even close to full. When the tumbler rotates it will grind against the peak of that little mountain of poop causing poop to get spread all around the outer portion of the tumbler. This outer portion of the internal tumbler I’m referring to is what is visible if you take the top off. The poop gets spread pretty homogenously around the entire external portion of the inner tumbler. If you take the top off and wipe down the poop that is visible you will only have access to wipe about 30-50% of the poop that is smeared on. In order to actually clean this you have to take the top off, empty the litter and then take the entire internal tumbler out and wipe the outside of the tumbler down. Well 409 and various other chemicals don’t quite cut through cat poo and litter so Ideally you’d take it outside and hose it down, but I had to take it into the bathtub and scrub it down fairly aggressively to get it clean. Secondly the little tray that goes attached to the entrance to collect litter doesn’t exactly lock into place well. I learned the hard way that if you have that little mountain of poo and you push that tray back into the machine (or your cat does) then it will also get covered in poo. That’s not horrible to clean but it’s pretty annoying.This design flaw is actually an easy fix for the designers.1) Make the wast bin deeper so that the inner ring won’t smear because it can’t touch the little poo mountain during rotation.2) Make the center of the waste bin have an apex in the center so that poo that lands in the center will fall to the sides of the waste bin and fill the bin more uniformly instead of in a mountain shape.Cons: Even when underfilled it tends to kick some litter out of the front when rotating. Simply due to the nature of the product (this is NOT the design flaw) it’s a PAIN to clean. Litter (pee not poop) can get stuck to the silicone/fabric bottom (which holds the litter) and it’s not really an easy task to get all the pieces unstuck from the bottom. It also has a “sifting” grate on the inside which just pops into place, and works great, and stays in place fine, maybe even too well. Getting a poop covered grate off to clean this is not a fun task at all. It would be much better with some sort of actual clip (a button of some sort) as opposed to just clicking in place and relying on the elasticity of the plastic to keep it held in place. You WILL get poop and/or litter on yourself trying to get that grate out.Pros: The app is pretty cool and is actually useful. It’s not much bigger than a standard covered litter box. With good litter (we found that is actually important) it does a fantastic job of reducing or completely eliminating smell. We lived in a small apartment with the box behind our couch. This was fantastic due to the almost completely eliminated smell, especially with fresh poops. The bags are easy to install, and easy to take out. It’s fairly easy to add litter. Disassembly and reassembly is fairly easy with exception of the aforementioned grate on the inside.Edit: Seller reached out and offered a refund. I didn’t ask or reach out. Idk and I don’t care to check but I believe in many months outside of the return/refund window. I’ll update with further information. I bumped my review from 2 stars to 4 because of this.

Fast delivery! Great instructions and easy assembly. My cats took to it fairly quick. My only wish is that you could set a schedule for the sleep time on the app. Otherwise happy with the box so far.

高さが低いのを探していたのでこれは良かった。 処理スピードも割と早いので多頭が飼いにも良い。 ただ、多頭飼いにも良いと宣伝してるのだから、一頭ずつの体重がわかる様にして欲しい。 他社にはそれがあるので、できない事はないはず。 そこまですれば、他社より良い品になる。 一つ改良をしてほしいのは、清掃中の通知が何回も来る点。多すぎる。
