Easy to Program. Please follow the guide step by step. Program the Meal Time Only
1. Short press the “Set/Save ” button and press the ” +” or “- ” to choose feeding meals.
2. Press and hold the “Set/Save ” button till the feeding meal frame is flashing, then press ” +” or ” -” to adjust the clock and minute and press “Set/Save ” to save.
3. The settings for the next 2-6 meals are the same as the first meal.

Please align the ice pack slot with the base housing installation buckle properly.
Otherwise, the food tray will be misaligned and then the feeder can’t normal use. The Eorr will show E-1.

Restore Factory Settings
Press “Set/Save” and “-” at same time for 10 seconds, until you hear the twice sound “Di” means all settings have been cleared.

How to set up 2 meals per day for 3 days?
1) Setting the feeding time for the first two meals；
2) Set the time for the remaining three meals to12:00 AM (12H clock) or 00:00 (24H Clock)；
3) The feeder can memorize your schedules and will repeat daily as long as it’s powered on.
I set times for 6 meals, why does this automatic cat feeder wet food only show 2?
1) This feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon disappears once the plan is complete, and lights up the next day
2) The feeder only shows one if you duplicate feeding plans, , the others will be reset to 12:00am
Why doesn’t the lid of my feeder close tightly?
Please double check that the ice pack are aligned with the positioning points on the base.
Why the screen is dark and without backlighted in standby?
When you click the button to wake up the screen, it will become bright.
This is actually similar to hibernation with the screen off.
Why the feeder show E-1 ?
1.Please double check that the ice pack are aligned with the slot on the base.
2.Note: Do not freeze the ice packs upright, as this may cause it to bulge and affect the normal operation of the feeder.

Great Cat Feeder
Just purchased this feeder and so far I love it. Initial setup was a little confusing but was able to set up 6 feeding times and so far it works beautifully and on time! I like that you can see the clock and all the set times. It’s also very quiet when it advances to the next feeding time. The price compared to other feeders is very reasonable. The only thing I would prefer is it to run on electrical power instead of batteries, otherwise I would recommend this feeder.

Not my favorite
So first of all this is battery powered and they don’t include the batteries so I don’t like that. 2nd it feels pretty old and outdated. Doesn’t connect to an app. Feels like I’m using a calculator from my childhood. I honestly had trouble figuring out how to set it up. But I figured it out. It works pretty good and my cats are going crazy for the food inside which it does protect. I would recommend a better one than this

24 hour feeder
I love that this uses a stainless steel food tray and it is really easy to wash. I wish that it worked over multiple days, but it is really only a 24 hour feeder. I tried setting the timing so that it would feed at 6 AM, 11 AM and 3PM, then at 7 AM, 10 AM and 5 PM, but the schedule rearranges itself to be 6 AM, 7 AM, 10AM, 11 AM, 3 PM and 5 PM. If you have a chunky cat that needs little meals frequently throughout the day, then this is a good choice.

Wish it was plug-in instead of battery. Jams fairly often. Ice packs don’t keep food cold all day.
I wouldn’t rely on the cooling function of the ice packs for keeping the food cold, as they only last so long and they don’t give you extras to swap out.The feeder seems to jam at least once a day, which is frustrating for both me and my cat.I very much wish this feeder was a plug-in, not a battery, or only used battery power for back-up in case of power outage. As it is, having to keep batteries in it definitely increases the cost. I use rechargeable ones, but it’s still frustrating.

Automatic pet feeder
I be was skeptical about this product at first. I was going out of town and needed a wet pet feeder after reading the comments about it I bought it does a great job. My dislikes are it’s was hard to figure out the timing on it but got it after a few attempts. I wish there were a day display so I could spread out the days I wanted instead of having to do a day and night feeding only. But other than that this is a good product.

Works ok but with some challenges
It’s a straight forward feeder, easy to figure out how to take it apart. It doesn’t plug into the wall, just has a battery option. So I don’t have to worry about connecting to an app to program or internet connection to make it work. The programming seems easy until I get to the 6th time entry, when I hit the set button once my time is selected it suddenly resets all of my times, it switches times 1&2 and erases 3-6. It only works if I don’t program all of the times. (Thanks to the other reviewer who said they had to do a factory reset a couple of times to get it to work, that helped get mine to work!) The cover seems to just sit on the center clock and doesn’t latch in, so it will be really easy for my cats to knock it off and accidentally reset the sensitive programming unit. They may be able to do it even with the cover on, if they walk or sit on it. I had tried to put the cover on and was thinking it would latch in, so put a little pressure on it to turn it, then the programming reset! The trays turn from the left, so when the food is in and you want a specific food for each feeding this is important to know. I’m still not sure how long to door remains open after a feeding. I came home after being gone one night and the door was still open 4 hours after the last feeding. It was only 3 out of 6, so not sure if that made a difference.

Mine Didn’t Work
I ordered this automatic feeder since it was similar to another one I had. I thought I was careful to make sure the ice packs were flat in the freezer, but they were a little bloated, therefore I could not use them to chill my cat food. I assume it would work anyway, so I filled the compartments with dry food, but it did not. When I got home, I saw that the feeder did not move at all. The second time I tried it, I did make sure the freezer packs were completely flat but again the feeder did not move. I am thankful I had another feeder that worked. The programming itself was a huge challenge but I felt like it was properly programmed. I had also programmed for a test run, but something isn’t right. Since I can’t trust it after 2 attempts, I cannot take a chance anymore.

Great concept, but cat still not too sure about it
Got this for a cat that eats too fast. Was hoping that we could stretch the portions out to slow him down.This was fairly easy to set up and get started. Lots of space for small dog meals too.Our main trouble is the cat is afraid, even after he made his way to check it out, he is still super jumpy. He will eventually eat, but he does not seem relaxed. The cooler packs are nice, yet again I think the cat doesn’t like the cooled food. We did a variety of wet and dry, alternating throughout the day. Not sure if we will continue to use it though.Sadly, it seems like more work than just throwing his food in a bowl and spacing it out.
