Love, the fact it’s thermostatically controlled to a specific temperature
I love this heating pad and the fact that it is thermostatically controlled. I can set the temp and leave it. I use it for sick cats and kittens and it has worked beautifully. And the cover is easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Super warm
VERY WARM. I keep it on the lowest setting. I have a senior dog with back and hind leg issues. I thought it would be a good idea for the winter and boy does this mat get warm.

Does the job!
Kitty loves this heated pad out on the back porch during chilly weather. I put it on top of her house so she can perch and watch the world. I keep it on Constant ON and at the highest heat. (It’s only out there when kitty is outside. She spends the coldest days and all the nights inside the closed garage.) It makes me happy to see her enjoying it.

My cat loves it!
I placed this heating pad beneath my kitty’s favorite blanket and I think he slept on it all day. The controller allows you to adjust the heat level and select a timline to have it turn off. I really appreciate the timer feature so it doesn’t run continuously during the day when I turn it on in the morning.The default heat setting is the fourth level. It is barely warm below the default. I’ve been running it on the fifth level which is mildly warm feeling through the blanket. If you like to spoil your furry friend this will be a welcome addition to its favorite snoozing spot.

On high will keep temperature in cat house at 54 degrees when outdoor temp is 52
Basically, it will keep the animal from freezing. So far it doesn’t seem to get hot while on the highest setting. I did test it at the lowest setting for 3 days, then bumped it up a notch at time and held it for 3 days. I have a small thermometer inside the enclosure with an external reader so I can see the inside temp and the outside temp at the same time. Basically, there are at least two cats out of five who use it when it’s cold out. This is set up in an out building in the Pacific Northwest. I’m not certain it would do much good in a colder climate.

Amazing
I could not get the cat that stays around my house inside for the life of me and I worried all night long that she’d freeze outside or something. This heating pad is a LIFE SAVER. I put it in her house (also got off of Amazon) and set it on high for about 8-12 hours at a time at night and she is cozy all night long even during the coldest new York nights. I’m so happy I got this!

My cats love it!
My cats won’t get off of it. There’s always one on it. The cord is really sturdy, and it has a lot of settings. I love it, and my cats do, too.
