Great for dogs with undercoat
I love this stuff and I think I’m on my third gallon? Everyone in my family loves the flavor and says the dogs smell like blueberry pie afterwards. I have a Pom with a damaged coat so I like to leave this on him for a couple minutes and let him sit, and then rinse him just a bit so a little stays on his coat. Improves the softness and texture of his coat, helps get rid of any mats, and definitely helps get fur out of our German Shepard during shedding season—although I do find that the day following the bath is a hair hurricane so I do a super thorough brushing when he’s dry. Wish I had one of those blowers the dog groomers have! I dilute this product down ~50% for my Pom because he needs the extra moisture and probably do a bit less than that with my German Shepard. I think the last bottle lasted about a year with baths every month for the Pom and every other month for the GSD.

i absolutely love this conditioner. it makes my dogs fur so soft and detangles really well. helps remove a lot of fur during shedding season and it smells SO GOOD

Repeat purchase
This demat conditioner is a repeat purchase. It is a great value than buying the individual bottles, especially if you bathe your dog at home. We have a golden doodle and if we are not careful, he will mat up. This helps loosen the extra hair on him and makes it much easier to brush him out after a bath. Smells good and the blue actually helps lighten up his hair.

Very soft!
Great product! I personally hate the smell but I love how soft my standard poodle’s coat is after drying! I let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing. I’ve noticed she has less tangles in her daily brushes as well. I keep her hair long in the fall& winter and this product helps tremendously!

Fantastic product!
Saw this used by a professional dog groomer to loosen undercoat/de-shed. We have a German Shepherd with medium length fur that is constantly shedding & no amount of brushing seems to ever be good enough. This big jug is perfect especially if you have a big dog which requires using more product. BEFORE shampooing, we first wet the fur then massaged in a bunch of this conditioner all over & let it sit for a couple of minutes (just like the groomer did). I kid you not, gobs of loose fur just starts sliding out with no effort. It’s glorious!! This conditioner is so amazing, the amount of loose fur that came off looked like hours worth of brushing we would have to do, AND it smells really nice, not overpowering at all. After we rinsed the conditioner & loose fur off, we then shampooed as usual which seemed so much easier without all that excess fur and we didn’t have to use as much shampoo. We also noticed in the following days that there were no more “tumbleweeds” of fur rolling around the floors which we normally had to sweep every other day. The price may seem a little steep but I promise it is worth every penny! Also noteworthy, it was packaged well for shipping and was delivered fast. We’ll keep buying this stuff FUR SURE!

Need for Huskies
My male Siberian Husky is a HUGE baby. Baths are the worst. He cries and whines and acts like he’s being tortured. Huskies shed a LOT too. This guy has a fur explosion. Seriously, look up Huskies being bathed and groomed on YouTube. LOL. I use this with the coat handler coconut shampoo and his fur melts off. Work this conditioner into the fur and let it sit for as long as your dog will handle it. I get 5-10 minutes. Then rinse working the spray nozzle from side to side (horizontal) and going from the top of the back and down to the bottom of the belly. Watch the fur melt off. It’s amazing.This is essential for Huskies along with a grooming rake comb. The metal rake/comb with rounded hooks on each side. You’ll get more fur off and faster too.While my guy sings the songs of his people and is a dramatic baby during bath time, he feels so much better after. So much fur is removed. I can also tell he’s happier too. He pants less. I like that he has a faint blueberry scent after. It’s better than the wet dog smell.I also have a female husky and she’s an angel during bath time.Highly recommend. This stuff works.

Mediocre Product
I am a professional groomer, and purchased this a few months ago while waiting for the conditioner I typically use to come back in stock.The price is definitely friendly, and after all of the great reviews here I felt it wouldn’t be bad to give it a shot and add it into our rotation. First impression when I received it was that it smells AMAZING! I knew my clients would love the smell too, as we have quite a few that frequently request the blueberry cologne, so that also would make a nice addition.While I feel it does help a little bit with softness, it is a very mediocre/lackluster product compared to many others on the market. I’ve also found that while the product itself out of the bottle smells fantastic, it leaves none of that great scent behind and if anything I’ve noticed a couple of my regular clients smell stinkier after using it, which is one of the top reasons we won’t be repurchasing.

This conditioner arrived frozen solid, and separated as it thawed.Emailed the company absolutely ZERO response from them! NOT happy with their customer service!!!!!However, I used an immersion blender an a bucket and it did go back to it’s useable form. Nice and creamy.I have poodles and it works amazing!Just always make sure you order during the summer!! LOL

I brought this in hopes it would help with so many dogs that I groom whom are matted/pelted on arrival.I love how soft and shiny it makes their coats. The scent doesn’t linger but it makes my job easier to be able to brush out what I can instead of always shaving down each pupper. I highly recommend.
