Great For My Senior Dogs
I ordered this 18 x 18 inch heating pad for pets by Bestio for my 3 senior dogs. I really love the design and digital control of this heating pad. I can set it anywhere from 80-130 degrees Fahrenheit, and set the timer for up to 24 hours for it to automatically turn off. The pad itself is sturdy and is double-stitched with a heavy fabric ribbon around all the edges. It comes with a soft fleece/flannel cover that has a snap closure and is washable My dogs aren’t chewers, but the portion of the cord that runs from the pad to the controls is a “chew resistant steel cord” per the video in the product page, and I can attest it does feel sturdy. I plan to use this during the colder months here in the Southwest by placing it on the extra large orthopedic dog bed I have that fits all 3 of them. The 18×18 size isn’t big enough to cover the surface of the bed, but the heat will radiate out, I think, and they will all benefit from it should all 3 of them be on the bed at once. As stated above, the pad cover is nice and soft, and feels like a blanket. I’m sure they’re going to love this heating pad. I love that I can set a time for auto shut-off.This pad comes in a variety of sizes too, so it’s available for medium and large dogs too. The price is surprisingly affordable for the 18×18 size that I ordered. I would definitely recommend.
