Tofukitty club members rejoice!
For those who subscribed to receive monthly deliveries of TofuKitty Club brand litter and were disappointed when it was discontinued, this is a wonderful alternative that looks, smells, feels, and performs similarly. Other brands are too rough for paws or get too mushy. This brand is soft on the paws, conceals odors, and clumps quickly without as much mush.

Cat litter that works and is good for the planet!
I love this Tofu litter. I was using another brand that was more expensive and often out of stock. I decided to give this a try and I love it! If you’ve never used Tofu litter, it might seem weird at first. I was sure that my cats would hate it, but they use it just fine, and my house never smells like I have cats. It’s easy to scoop and super absorbent. I’ve used soy-based litter for the last six months and I’ve never had a hint of cat urine smell in my home. It is a bit more expensive than clay, but it works far better, lasts longer, and is not harmful to the environment. I actually don’t mind cleaning the cat box anymore!

Easy to scoop
I love this litter!! No cloud, no cat pee smell, easy to clean, and less mess.It does have its own unique smell, but it’s not a bad smell, and it completely masks the pee smell. The scooping process is so easy, the clumps do not break apart and they stay completely intact while I scoop. No cloud. the cats still get some of it out of the box but it doesn’t travel far. Meaning it still tracks out side of the box but doesn’t travel through out the house.

Great alternative to Tuft and Paw!
I have hard wood floors and the way standard clumping litters track all really frustrates me. Tuft and Paw has been advertising heavily on social media. They have an identical looking tofu w/activated carbon option. Although it seemed expensive, I was curious and tried. I actually loved it. There is virtually no tracking, except for a bit right outside of the box, but any rug or mat catches that. My cat used it with no issues, and it has no harsh smell. It works great to mask urine odor. (but I am also one who removes clumps more than once a day anyway) The poop smell is not masked well mostly because my cat has not been completely covering as he gets used to the bigger pieces, but he’s getting better. However, it did not last me a month. I have one large, male cat. He’s just a regular old gray tabby, no particular breed, no health issues, poos once a day around the same time and pees normally. He’s kinda tall and long though, so requires a big litter box to fit in easily. Tuft and Paw said that one bag ($29 for 9.5 lbs) would last one cat for a month. By two and 1/2 weeks in, the bottom of the litter box was showing in multiple places. $29 a month was already too expensive, but having to buy multiple bags for one cat was out of the question. This litter is virtually the same if you use the activated carbon option, and if you get the 4, 6-lb box option, it averages to $1.75/lb. in comparison to Tuft and Paw’s $3.05/lb. Still expensive, but if litter tracking and dust is your nemesis, it could be worth it. It is for me, at least for now. Plus the “safe for the environment” option makes me feel good. 🙂

We really like it.
For the $ its a great buy. Scent is different & it continues 2 amaze me. It clumps great but it takes a few minutes, np. Absorbs quite well I say. Need 2 not shake it as much as lift away the solids. Anything wetted will clump. Using a simple steel grate scooper here. Eco stuff as well but I put into the City trash in composting bags. My cats btw r seniors & needed 2 stop using their grass litter. Allergies. Great alternative!
Just me –
Horrible
Thos stuff is absolutely horrible cat litter. Never again.

Ok litter but dusty & waaaay too expensive
It’s hard to return cat litter…I mean…I don’t think they want used litter returned but if I only return one of the two bags then I get dinged on my return amount. So…it’s not actually a returnable product right?…
