Brilliant! Indestructible for aggressive chewer
Wow! Best toy ever. My yorkie was in need of a better dental toy and this exceeded my expectations. I took out the middle and stuck a bullie bone inside (with just an inch sticking out). Full disclosure, this girl is an aggressive chewer. She has been working on this thing for 4 hours. She has not got more than an inch worked off that bully bone and she is seriously committed. This is a brilliant design. I have not tried it with the center yet but have high hopes.

I should’ve ordered the ChewBrush and not the BrushBone, both made by same company!
I was attempting to replace another Bulbhead bone, and didn’t realize they make 2 different ones. What I had before was the ChewBrush, and these have stood up to constant gnawing for 2-3 years now and is a favorite toy for one of my pups. I thought this was the same or a newer upgraded version. Nope. I don’t know what this is supposed to be, as it quickly and easily fails as a chew toy. My little dog was tearing it to pieces in SECONDS. I got this one because I liked that the middle could be pulled out- I wanted to put something enticing in the middle to encourage my old man to chew and clean his nasty teeth. The center kept sliding right out, and then my younger pup began to tear to shreds too. I’ll reiterate… the same dog has been chewing on the other Bulbhead chew toy for YEARS with only a little gnawed off the ends after all this time. I don’t know why they even bother making this model. Do yourself a favor and skip this purchase, and look for Bulbhead’s ChewBrush instead!Ruler in photo to show how much was chewed off in a matter of minutes… I had already thrown away the many many pieces before thinking to take a photo. Luckily my pup actually consumes very little, if any, pieces of what he shreds. For any dog that will actually eat toys, this one would be a huge safety hazard!

Great product
My dog loves this. I put peanut butter on the center piece, but even without the peanut butter, my dog loves this and it’s cleaning her teeth. Win-win.

This is not great for aggressive chewers. If you have a dog the size of a small cat, it is perfect.
Unfortunately, I left it on the ground and my lab ate both ends and broke what was left. i know it is not meant for aggressive chewers. The size of it alone should have told me it was made for mice or tiny cats.

No more Yucky Breath
The favor excites my Furbaby just as much as brushing. The bristles are small and soft. The toothbrush is easy to manage. We are brushing that Tar off her teeth as well. The durable plastic case is like a toy.

Waste of 10.00
I put my answer in the headline, so I will make this short. My grandson has a pit bull chewed it up and tore apart. I don’t remember seeing these were only for smaller pets.

Big & Hard
The brush-bone toothbrush must be for very large dogs. The video shows different dogs chewing on the toothbrush one is exactly like my 2 cocker spaniels. The brush-bone is too large to fit into their mouths and is very hard. The slot on the inner brush to hold treats or the suggested peanut butter is way to small to hold anything and when you slide it into the brush it wipes most of the peanut butter off. When you insert the inner brush and lock it as instructed it is almost impossible to unlock and remove for cleaning. My husband & l both failed to remove it after numerous attempts. You have to align the inner brush with the slots to remove it but the problem is that the small tab on the inner-brush is to small to grab with your fingers and try to unlock it by turning and aligning the slots. It was very frustrating for us and the poor dogs were just watching and waiting as if we were going to fix it and give it back. After a few cries from them we finally got a very small needle nose Pliers and attempted to pull the tab on the inner brush by rotating so the slots would align so we could remove it. You have to be so very careful grabbing the tab with the pliers because the rubber tab will stretch & break. I had to take the pliers from my husband as l watched how easily the tab could be broken. I had to use a very light touch in gabbing a hold Of the tab and pulling on it. If not extremely careful and light handed it will after a few removals most likely be ruined & broken. This was not an easy task. On the second pup’s brush l just pushed it through to the other end until it came out. Well my cockers were unable to use the brush-bone at all. The pictures show how frustrating they were and just licked at them and then walked away. They couldn’t even pick them up because they were just to big. Unless you have dogs with good size mouths and pretty good chewers because it’s pretty hard l can’t recommend this brush-bone. This is not for smaller dogs. It is not one-size fits all. So both brushes are useless to us. I gave our dogs some treats and put the brushes in the garage after cleaning and if l see a large dog in the neighborhood l will offer them to the owner. Disappointed ☹️

I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but the construction seems strong enough.

Dog ripped it apart in 8.2 seconds, soft plastic and easy to shred apart.

The product’s design principles are sound but the plastic material used is absolute garbage! We have a medium-large dog who is not a “chewer” and in a total of two sessions lasting about 15-min each, our dog had broken several places and was on the verge of swallowing small plastic chunks. Not good. Ignore the fact that some dentist and hygienist designed the thing … the product won’t last. I don’t think it can withstand any dog of any size. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

My dog is not an aggressive chewer. The first time I gave this brush bone to my dog, he chewed the end off of it. I would not recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money. my dog had the top chewed off in under 3 minutes. Luckily I was there. He could’ve ingested it had I not been in the room.
