A useful blanket if you have a cat and want to get their nails done. Safe to use.

Did not secure my nine pound cat.
The quality of the construction is great. It did not quite measure accurately though (0.6 inch smaller around) and did not secure my 9 pound cat, despite the description indicating it would secure cats up to 22 pounds. I ended up returning it.

Big, thick, adorable!
I have a polydactyl (extra toed) cat who has nails on his front paws that grow in towards his paw pad. So every few months my 3 kids and I have to wrap him up, hold him down, and cut his nails.Under any other circumstances, this is the nicest cat you’ve ever met in your life. The very second he realizes we’re cutting his nails, he turns into an evil beast. Biting, scratching, growling..Until now we’ve had to use a towel to wrap him up and hold him down, and you may be thinking, well yeah, why not just continue to use a towel? Well let me tell you, this cat, even with 6 hands holding him down, still manages to bite and/or scratch us occasionally THROUGH THE TOWEL!This cat wrap is WAY thicker than a bath towel, and the material feels, maybe not puncture ‘proof,’ but definitely puncture *resistant.* He’s going to have to WORK to hurt us through this thing! 😄Since everyone’s hands are being used to hold him down during his nail cutting sessions, getting a picture of him inside the wrap might not be possible. If we do somehow manage to snap a pic, I’ll definitely update this review though.

The wrap does can sticks perfectly as described. My 1yo cat is calm now during grooming!
