Easy
These are a medium weight liner. They’re not heavy but not lightweight. It’s a good thickness that holds up well against weight. They can be punctured if you really try, but they’ve been good for me so far. They secure at the top like a trash bag for easy disposal. I like them.

Well-made, truly compostable
I am excited to find these cat litter bags because I have not been able to find any compostable cat litter bags that I can have shipped to California. They fit both of my automatic litter robots (litter robot 3) and they are a great quality. Yes, they are pricey compared to regular bags but we need to get rid of all plastics and replace it with compostable bags!. If The Graduate was filmed today, Mr. McGuire would have said the following to Benjamin Braddock “There’s a great future in compostable plastics.”REALLY IMPORTANT: Adheres to California strict composting bag law (compostable cat liners)Not all compostable bags are equal. California passed a law that outlines the marketing of compostable plastics to ensure that there are no incorrect claims made about the compostability of the item and consumers are well aware of what certifications an item has and that they must meet ASTM standards that the bag will actually compost!.

Measure Your Litter Box First
These are decent enough bags for a litter box…they’re shallow and have drawstrings to make them easy to pick up and throw away. The problem with these is that they’re kind of small in width/length, so may not fit your box. Laid flat, they are 23″ wide, which means that they’ll only fold over the edges of a box with up to a 46″ perimeter. That’s less than one foot square, or something like a 10″ x 13″ box. They might stretch to cover a bit more, like an extra inch in width and length each, but maybe not. If you’ve got a larger box, there’s no chance, so check the box you plan to use them in before ordering. If the size will work for you, they seem fairly sturdy, but your cat may still be able to puncture them. If your cat has a tendency to do this, you might plan on lifting a used one out, and immediately dropping it into another bag so you don’t dribble used litter on your floor.

Thicker & more substantial than expected
Pleasantly surprised by these liners. They’re thicker & more substantial than I expected them to be, and feel like they should be sturdy enough to withstand even my power digger doing his thing (I hope!).They’re big enough to fit my 24×16 stainless boxes, which is great, and we should have no problem using them in smaller travel boxes during our long distance move. The only issue I’ve encountered with these liners is that they’re so tightly packed into the box that it’s difficult to get them out, at least so far. I thought the first bag was going to rip, but as mentioned, they’re a lot more substantial than I expected them to be!I would order again.

Sturdy and strong
Perfect bags for my cats litter boxes. Sturdy and strong. No rips or tears when pulled apart at the perforations. They are compostable which makes me feel better about using them since I used to use plastic garbage bags.

Too Small
These liners are too small for a normal sized cat litter box and they are not very thick either

Kitty Scratch, Kitty Rip
As a liner this isn’t the greatest. As soon as my cat’s claws got on the liner it was a goner. As a bag for holding used litter it’s good, however, I don’t need to spend $19 on bags for that. If it was a bit more inexpensive I might buy it, but I definitely wouldn’t use it in the litter box.

eco-friendly & durable
These compostable litter box liners are a game-changer for easy cleanup. The jumbo size fits well in large litter boxes, and the drawstring closure makes disposal hassle-free. They feel thick and durable, holding up against scratching without tearing or leaking. The fact that they’re 100% compostable is a huge plus, reducing waste while keeping things clean. Some liners tend to slip, but these stay in place fairly well. If you’re looking for an eco-conscious solution without sacrificing quality, this is a solid pick!
